Exceptional experience! Matt Hettel was great and helped me get an awesome deal together while I was out of town. I stopped by upon my return and everything was prepared and ready to execute. The entire team, including Service Manager Craig and Finance Manager Moe was friendly, honest and respectful to my time. I'm looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle here (and usually I do not look forward to a car shopping experience).

My Review Of Volkswagen of South Charlotte:

Excellent experience. The dealership is clean and very modern. Staff if friendly and not aggressive. They really do go the extra mile for their customers. I purchased a new CC from them and the experience was very positive. My last visit was for service and they treated me like a VIP customer. In fact, if you didn't see the VW logos, you would have thought you were at BMW or Mercedes based on the layout and treatment you get the moment you walk in the door. That being said, no matter what cars I own in the future, I will have them serviced at this dealership because they really give you white glove treatment. It may cost a little more but it's worth it. My time is valuable and I like companies that value their customers and treat them right!
