I want to start by saying, if you're looking to trade in or buy new this is the dealership to go to! We were due to go to the Hemet location we had an appointment, showed up waited 20 minutes, and got no se or buy new this is the dealership to go to! Went to THIS location and had the best experience yet so far with buying a vehicle! I want to shout out Amanda in finance ‐ she was super sweet & fast! Also went above and beyond to help us and threw in some extras for us! Anthony in sales was super honest and helpful in finding us what we wanted he kept it 100% honest the whole time and didn't waste our time! Tommy was who greeted us when we got there and was with us till we closed the deal! He was super funny, kept us informed when we wanted information he didn't xx us he kept it 💯 the whole time, kept us within our budget, and still made sure we got a bomb deal! We didn't wait whatsoever, he was fast and efficient, he was also very honest & much more than helpful he made sure he showed us exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push us in a different way he made sure we were more than happy with our pick and told us from the jump that his goal was to get us into the car we wanted and he did that PLUS he was very patient with us especially since I had to leave halfway thru and my husband finished which Amanda did amazing by helping him do the paperwork and them making it possible for me to sign later that night! Brett the manager was fantastic super energetic, and went above and beyond for my husband! Even tho it got late his energy was very uplifting and joyful! This team took care of us! We can't say enough how happy we are with everyone here for taking care of us, and getting us into the car we wanted, and making it possible to do our trade-in! Our sales person, Joel, was a great guy! I had called ahead and he answered because I wanted to know if there's a way they could work with us without the crazy markups. He told us there's a good chance as long as the vehicle is on the lot. So, after a bad experience with another dealership, we headed to Moss Bros Toyota. I called ahead and left a message to let him know we were on our way. He called back to make sure that a hatchback Corolla was something we'd be interested in since they had just sold out on the new sedan Corollas and I let him know that that's no problem! When we got there, he pulled the car up and went on a test drive with my brother, showing him all the features of the car. Afterwards, we sat down and got to working on the numbers. His sales manager had to get involved since I was pretty hard pressed on not paying for the markup, which give no additional value to the car. (Even the dealer-installed add-ons was something I wanted half price on since we didn't ask for them to be installed, but I let that one slide.) After some discussion, Joel and his manager made it happen! We even bought extended warranty, a service plan/package and GAP to make sure the car was fully protected and taken care of. The 45 minute drive to the dealership was well worth it compared to the bad experience we had from another Toyota dealership closer to home. I'd definitely send people Joel's way, and when I'm ever in the market, I'll definitely be seeing Joel! Thanks again, Joel! More
