The whole experience was good, sales staff was knowledge able, Inventory was there to select the one we wanted. The process took longer than I expected. The extended warranty marketing was a bit agressive for my taste, but polite. Alvin was the star of the show, good experience overall I give it a *****.

I was very impressed with Cricket's professionalism, candor and friendly attitude. She was very thourough and detailed in every aspect of this transaction and I felt that she was genuine and honest in her approach. I am very pleased that we were able to close this deal in a timely manner. Unlike other sales people I had made contact with, she was not pushy, rude or overly aggresive. I am grateful we got together to close this deal. I will highly recommend Cricket and the entire Coggin Honda team to anyone that I know!

To Whom It May Concern:



I have been doing business with Courtesy Honda in Sanford since 2000. I
have been trying to end my lease due to financial problems. I called and
got someone who told me just pay it off and turn it in. If I had that kind
of money I would not have been trying to end my lease.



I called and emailed Mr. Ward about buying my 2009 CRV several times with no
response. The last few times I have been there or talked with anybody I was
treated pretty badly. I understand the problems with Capital One caused
quite a bit of stress for everybody concerned, but that is no reason to be
treated like I was carrying the plague.



I had learned to expect better from Courtesy Honda and have been very
disappointed with my treatment. They are overbearing and pushy, and try to make
you think they are doing you a favor by swindling you out of your hard earned money.


I sent one email to Coggin Honda about buying my 2009 CRV and receive d a
phone call within 20 minutes and they are buying my CRV. They were very
happy to help and liked that it only has 22, 000 miles on it and is in very
good shape.



Apparently Courtesy Honda is not in the business of taking care of long time
customers anymore as they have so many sales that they don't need repeat
customers.



I am very happy to have found Coggin Honda and hope to be doing business
with them for a long time.

PS: The deal with Coggin Honda went through in less than 15 minutes, Jeff was very nice and thorough. Also my thanks to Cricket and Jason who could not have been more helpful.

I bought a 2010 Ridgeline RTS. I started the process via the internet and then talked to Cricket on the phone to finalize the color, options, price. She found the vehicle I was looking for and had it brought in the same day. I was very impressed with her efforts to win my business, especially when another Honda dealer told me it would be two weeks to get the vehicle in the color I wanted. All this done on her day off. Hard to find people that want your business that much and are willing to prove it. I would recommend Cricket Libby and Coggin Honda to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. My wife and I were looking to lease a civic or accord. We did not have a prefernce before the test drive, but wanted whichever my wife preferred. Cricket emailed us price quotes and we set a date to do a test drive. My wife ended up living the civic so we decided to lease it. We were given a very fair amount for our trade and Coggin Honda worked with us on the numbers to make sure the lease (and buyout) were within our range. There were no surprises and no hidden capitalized costs, and we weren't pushed into the accord (the more expensive of the two). The whole experience was professional and stress free. I would recommend cricket and Coggin Honda to anyone looking for a great new Honda.

Everything was wonderful. Cricket was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I would refer anyone I know to her. Also, the whole process moved at an acceptable pace and was not drawn out. The car is fantastic and the dealership overall is terrific!

I stated the price as "good" rather than "great" because I still think I should have paid a few hundred dollars less. Though I am pleased with the price I paid overall, and other other dealers were much higher. (a great price would have been my offer, as I had researched the car price and my trade.)
