Crystal Switzer at Rich Ford

Crystal is great. She knows far more about the service needs of my two Fords than I do. She keeps on top of the needs of these two cars. Crystal knows abour Fich Fords Service Programs and saves me money constantly. All Rich Ford people are very good and she is among the best of those. I have know her for years and I am extremely happly with Crystal, Rich Ford Service, and indeed all of Rich Ford. Crystal is like a fifth daughter, I aleardy have four.

I recommend Crystal. she very helpful and very nice. she help me alot through all my services. form fixing my paint job and air conditioner and my oil change. on my baby mastang. The servicing of my Ford 350 diesel was taken care of very professionally. The Service Manager saved me money by using my advantage credit and I was very pleased.

Crystal is the reason we use Rich Ford. When I drop a truck off fro service I know she will take great care and communicate all needs with me.
When a truck has to be left for a length of time I know I will get call each day telling me status of parts or repair.
She is AWESOME,

Crystal is very helpful with any questions about recommended repairs,options to the repair. When something unexpected does arise, Crystal takes care of it as soon as possible. She explains everything very well and has the answer to our questions or gets an answer very quickly. Crystal is very professional at all times. We feel she is looking out for us.

As the manager of our fleet vehicles I have dealt exclusively with Crystal Switzer for the last seven years or so. Crystal is a consummate professional and every Ford owner I have ever told "go talk to Crystal" has come back to thank me for steering them to her desk. Crystal Switzer gets a lot of well deserved respect from all her customers.

I could go on forever about all the great things Crystal does for her customers- her honesty,advice,regular communication,friendliness and compassion,understanding for special needs,immediate response in a crisis,her technical knowledge, etc. Crystal is also so comfortable in what she does that a customer in need of a hug always gets one.

The bottom line is this- Crystal Switzer makes sure that Rich Ford Service and the customer work together to do what is best for the customer. That level of customer care is VERY rare.

Crystal Switzer is the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with in my 43 years of owning a vehicle.

Very prompt service. Very friendly staff. Great selection of automobiles. Knowlegable sales and service staff. Shuttle drivers are effecient in their routes. Good pricing. Good turnaround time for the shop. Quick to find parts and have them brought in. Overall very pleasant experience.

I continue to go to Rich Ford even though my F150 is not under warranty because I trust Crystal. She is up front and honest. Her spin on customer service is just being friendly. The quality of all the work performed over the past 8 years leaves nothing to be desired. When I needed body work done Crystal sent me to the right place.
