Curt Koepp at Lakeland Subaru

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at Lakeland Toyota. The staff was friendly and informative. The salesperson I worked with, Curtis Koepp, was excellent and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would absolutely recommend Lakeland Toyota and I plan to return there in the future.

This dealership is the only one of five that I visited that treated me as a person buying a car, not a girl buying a car.

I did research on the internet looking for a family van. I came across what I was looking for at the LAKELAND auto website. I called the dealership with a few questions and was given to Kurt. After asking the questions, Kurt said he would get back to me with the answers. After we hung up, a few moments later He called me back with everything I wanted to know. So after work I stopped in unannounced and met with Kurt. He was courteous and set me up with a test drive immediately. After testing it out, I returned with the wife and kids. Kurt set us all up with refreshments and made me feel totally at ease.I didnt hesitate to start working on a deal. After offering me a fair price for my trade-in, we had the arrangements set. Being a Police Sergeant for nearly 30 yrs, I am trained quite well to detect deception in people but I could honestly tell that Kurt was looking for the right vehicle for me, not just what they had currently on their lot. He was honest and helpful which made me all the more confortable with making a deal with him. Kurt represented the entire crew at Lakeland. Everyone we met was helpful and not one single person was pushy or rushing toward us. I will DEFINITELY set LAKELAND as our FIRST and possible ONLY stop for our next vehicle purchase.

I've purchased three cars with Curt Koepp at Lakeland, and every purchase experience has been wonderful. Curt always keeps me informed of the progress regarding my financing and gives me every option possible to get me in the car that is right for me. He is an absolute joy to work with. Lakeland's service department has also been great. They are honest and up front, and they don't try to push services that I don't need.
