My Review of Byers Toyota:
We were very impressed with the Byers Dealership. Phil Bickel was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Once we reached an agreement, the financial process was smooth and quick thanks to Curt Korte. We had driven 90 miles earlier in the day to another dealership - and now realize the best deal and acceptional customer service was in our own hometown.

My Review of Byers Toyota:
Every one at Byers Toyota in Delaware Ohio was wonderful.From the moment I walked in the door I was treated friendliness, respect, and courtesy! Stacy was wonderful,explained every little detail of everything, answered all my questions no matter how dumb! She made an experience I was dreading into a very good experience!
She spent a lot of time in the car with me explaining things,
She was great! Curt was great also explaining the hard part,tbe money!!
I love my new Rave 4.It is so easy to drive, and thanks to everyone there I was really comfortable driving it home that night.I also know just what to do when I return for service. I feel like Cindarella in her glass coach. I certainly recommend

they returned my calls, gave me service right away and were friendly. The only negative is I only received one key to my car and most cars have two keys, not one. (added expense)

My Review of Byers Toyota:
I am very pleased with this dealership thus far into my relationship with it. While the car I purchased was in great demand and short supply and thus, there was no negotiating the price of the new car, I found the dealership to be very forthcoming on pricing and fair on my trade-in(s). The salesman, Bill Smith, conveyed the offers to me for my used cars by telephone since I was an out of town buyer. When I arrived at the dealership, the deal we agreed upon was exactly what was quoted to me. There were no changes of any kind. The paperwork was completed in a timely manner. In fact, the salesman came in on his day off to meet us at the dealership and consummate the sale. Bill Smith was very courteous, forthcoming and knowledgeable. When I was sent to finance for the completion of the purchase, I met with Kurt and he was equally forthcoming, not pushy with respect to add-ons and very helpful in my securing the loan on the vehicle with the bank that I wanted to use. Not once did he try to push me toward another bank or compel me to buy products that I didn't want or need. In conclusion, I dealt with people who stuck to their word and delivered the product I sought. The whole transaction was smooth, comfortable and professional. I have not had the vehicle serviced at this dealership yet, so I cannot rate the service department yet. However, based on what I have seen, I expect excellent service. I also note that the dealership and the service department have both followed up with me in the weeks since my purchase to make sure I was happy.
