Great experience. I was in and out in a couple hours with a gorgeous new truck. Everyone on site was great and very helpful. Three people recommended I go there, and I would recommend it to anyone else.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Ryan Ford! Curtis was very helpful from start to finish on the purchase of our new vehicle and trade-in of our old vehicle. Curtis listened to what I was looking for, sought out that exact vehicle, and even had it delivered from a dealership 200 miles away because they did not have the exact vehicle in stock. The entire transaction was done quickly and smoothly. The financing end of the deal was just as seamless as the rest of the transaction. We were given a very fair deal on our trade-in as well as the new vehicle. Curtis worked hard to stay right at the budget we gave him. We never felt pressured or hassled. In fact, this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a dealership!! I would highly recommend Ryan Ford and Curtis to anyone and everyone! This is a no frills dealership. They do business the way it should be done. Their goal is to truly take care of their customers and that is certainly what they did! We live 45 min from the dealership but will gladly make the drive to have all of our service done with them. Keep up the fantastic work!!

We have purchased 2 company vehicles from Ryan Ford in the last 4 years and are very pleased with the vehicles. Curtis Markland is a wonderful, no bull, salesman. I test drove an Escape SE on Thursday, Curtis found the particular one I wanted at a dealership in Austin, had the vehicle in Sealy on Friday evening and I picked it up on Saturday morning. Overall I spent 2 to 2 1/2 hours there. Other purchasing experiences at other dealers would have taken 3-4 hours. I'm impressed with their organization, their respect to the customers, and determination to satisfy everyone who purchases a new car. I have owned several vehicles but this is the first one ever that I have gotten every feature on the car that I wanted. I've always settled for less but Curtis made sure he found exactly what I wanted and I am HAPPY with everything about the car, Curtis, and Ryan Ford. The only thing that I didn't like was that their crew that washed the car before I got to take didn't do a very good job. When opening the liftgate, it was dirty around the frame of the car's liftgate. They also did not get all the adhesive off of the windows from the stickers.

I generally don’t write reviews but after such a positive experience with Ryan Ford I felt compelled to give them a great review. I have been in search of a specific F 150 for about four months. In that time I became overly frustrated with the local dealerships in my area (TN). For some reason they want to sell you a payment and dance around what the vehicle is actually going cost you? I decided to expand my search on AutoTrader. I called several “no haggle” dealerships around the southeast and found so many had hidden costs they weren’t willing to tell you about over the phone, it was discovered when they sent you a quote (one actually had almost $1000 in dealer fees). I ran across the exact truck I had been searching for at Ryan Ford, which was 1066 miles from my home. I called to inquire on Monday morning and Curtis was the salesman that answered the phone. After a few minutes I figured out Curtis was a true professional, knew the answers to my questions, was straightforward and not trying to push anything or feed me a line of … I received the quote and wow, no surprises it was just as Curtis spelled out over the phone. I elected to go forward with the purchase. Hernan Garcia assisted with all the financial documentation and was also great to work with! I setup my own shipping via Uship, which was simple, and by Saturday afternoon I had my new truck! Curtis maintained great communication throughout the process, called me several times to let me know my truck was clean, full of gas! and on the way to TN. He also followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns after I received the truck. The experience of buying a truck you’ve never seen before was a little nerve racking but after my experience with Curtis and Ryan Ford you can bet I will be calling them the next time I’m ready for a new vehicle!

I found a car online I was interested in and called Ryan Ford to set up an appt. to see it. The vehicle was just as pictured. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in. They were able to match my banks interest rate and I test drove, purchased, traded-in and financed in 1hr. and 45 minutes start to finish. I found them to be honest and fair, and will go back again!

Ryan Ford has a business plan that does not include the usual high pressure methods you normally experience. I have had several dealings with this dealer and have and will continue to use and recommend them. Curtis Markland and Brad Zook are knowledge, friendly and deal in a straight forward manner. All of the above is why I give Ryan Ford high ratings.

I drove 80+ Miles from the other side of Houston to start my search for a Ford F250 Lariat with Ryan Ford for two reasons 1. they have increadible ratings online 2. during my phone call with Curtis Markland he made it clear he wasn't in it to haggle me and it was obvious it wasn't a ploy. Curtis is good people as is the owner Ryan Kirkpatrick who took time to come talk to me after my purchase. Ultimately it was the right decision, I actually enjoyed the process and typcially I would rather have a root canal than buy a vehicle. When I couldn't decide between the white or black, Curtis brought both out and lined them up bumper to bumper while he, my wife and I talked through it and decided. I got a fair price, had a good experience, and was out of there in a couple of hours.

The next day I recieved a call from one of the large dealerships in Houston who I had set up a visit with if I hadn't been able to work something out with Ryan and what do you know even AFTER I bought a truck he was haggling me on the phone saying "well I guess you didn't want a good deal then"...unbelievable. That just made me feel better about my decision. Give these guys a call, it's a small dealership, but has a great selection and will treat you well, because they depend on return business.

Curtis Markland made my buying experience a pleasure. He did everything possible to sale me my "dream car" and I appreciate it very much. His politeness and professionalism is "long standing"...I purchased a vehicle from him in 1991 and his dedication to working with and satisfying customers is still evident to this day. After visiting another dealership and having a difficult time coming to agreeable terms, my wife and I decided to make the short drive to Ryan Ford in Sealy. I was greeted warmly by our salesman, Curtis Markland. He was very friendly and showed genuine concern for our needs, both financially and vehicle prefrences. The dealership is smaller in size compared to other dealerships, but they have a wide variety of well-equipped models and in every color. Even though we have less-than-everage credit, Curtis was quickly able to present a solution that was easy to understand. Now we have reliable transportation at a payment we are comfortable with. We are very happy with our new car! We were able to get the model with upgraded options. I will definitely go back when I am ready to buy my next vehicle.
