Dale Johnson, a very professional, yet personable salesman greeted me upon my arrival at the dealership. He was knowledgable with respect to the cars which I was interested in, and there was no haggling over cost. Mr. Johnson was always very honest with information provided to me and there were no suprises. He made the entire process of purchasing a car a VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Thank you Mr. Johnson....I am now a Lexus owner!

FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN TO THE DEALERSHIP RIGHT FROM THE RECEPTIONIST, WE KNEW WE WERE AT THE RIGHT DEALERSHIP. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT, RECEPTION WAS REMARKABLE AND THEN WE MET OUR SALES CONSULTANT, AND HE UPPED THE FEELING A NOTCH HIGHER. HE WAS POLITE, COURTIOUS,DETAILED, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY ACCOMODATING.HE WENT THROUGH EVERY BIT OF THE SEARCH WITH US, ANSWERED OUR QUESTION SATISFACTORILY AND GAVE GOOD ADVICE WHICH HELPED US MAKE THE DECISION, INFACT HE WAS SO GOOD WE BOUGHT THE CAR THE SAME DAY, SOMETHING WE DIDN'T ANTICIPATING DOING. IN ALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND HOPEFULLY THE BEGINNING OF A GREAT AND SUSTAINING RELATIONSHIP WITH LEXUS OF EDISION.

Without a doubt, probably the best experience I've had when purchasing a new vehichle. Dale an Al were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, cooperative and focused on ensuring my complete satisfaction. All my questions were answered thoroughly and they handled the transaction in an efficient and timely manner. Dale followed up with me in a very professional manner to ensure my satisfaction throughout the process. Overall they make a great sales team and I would recommend the dealership and its personnel without hesitation.

I had a great experience at Lexus of Edison! Dale Johnson was my sales consultant and he was amazing! I hadn't purchased a car in years and he was very patient. It turned into a all day event but Dale remained patient. Dale took me for a test drive in the 2012 RX 350. He showed me all the bells and whistles and I fell in love with the RX! Next up was the price negotiations. Both Dale and his Manager AL Jamal stepped up to the plate and now I'm a proud owner of a brand new 2012 RX 350. If you are looking for a great experience and would like to purchase a Lexus I highly recommend Dale Johnson at Lexus of Edison. You won't be disappointed!

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
This was my first time leasing a car through Lexus of Edison. I spoke with Dale Johnson briefly on the phone earlier in the day and arrived at the dealership around 7:30 that evening. Mr. Johnson promised me that I would be able to take my car home that night, and I did. The service was exceptional - I will definitely do business with Lexus of Edison in the future; and will recommend them to my family and friends.

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
I was pleased with the professionalism of all the employees I encountered at Lexus of Edison. Dale Johnson was most helpful from the begining of and through the purchse of the vehicle I chose. He was very courteous and helpful in every communication and throughout the negotiations to arrive at a deal.

On the day of the purchase, Dale picked me up at my home, drove me to the dealership, showed me my vehicle and walked me through the purchasing process (which, in my opinion is much too long - too much paperwork). Once the paperwork and financial matters were concluded, Dale answered any questions I had and carefully walked me through the operation of the numberous features of the vehicle. Dale Johnson is highly professional and it was a pleasure working with him. P.S. He always answered all phone inquiries.

Cars are beautiful. Dale was very great to work with. Great Customer Service. Always leave happy. THis dealership in my eyes gets a perfect rating because they take care of their customers and care about them. Their main goal seems to be to make the customer happy and wanting to return. I had a great experience and am so happy with my new car.

My Review of Lexus of Edison:
We leased a car, the price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Dale Johson was going out of his way to make sure I'm comfortable with the transaction and the car's features. The Financial Services Manager Daniel Mercado was very friendly and efficient. We left the dealership in the new car within 1 1/2 hours. That's a record in our book!
