David listened carefully to all my requirements for a vehicle. He found a 2012 Dodge Caravan in great condition at a price that matched my budget and suits most all of my needs. With Damien's help the paper work went smoothly. They really work well together. Overall, my car shopping was much easier than expected. David worked efficiently and very quickly, getting down to business but keeping me informed of all the important aspects of purchasing a reliable vehicle. I am so glad I now have a reputable place to go to maintain the car for years to come. My service warranty is just what I need so I won't have to worry about maintenance. Thanks to everyone I met there who were so friendly.

Bought a new genesis. Everything was really great. Just took longer then I expected. Alain and damion were very professional though. Would of been all 5's if wasn't for length of time. Mr. Romano was also very friendly and gave me an IOU for an item that was damaged in shipping/prep.

Eric was patient and understanding to our needs as a family living in Brooklyn. He really made the leasing of a car a breeze!
When a car salesman has the confidence and honesty to say, "I don't know that information, but I will find out." that makes you feel good. Especially when they promptly return with said information. He did NOT try to give us a runaround answer for anything.
Also, and most important to us, they didn't have the exact car we wanted. But Eric assured us that we would get the car and kept in contact with us every day. Either by text or quick call. This was important to us since we have been saving for this and had given the dealer $1200 to secure the car. After a few days we had the car and it was perfect! Buy/Lease a car from this man! Tell him Rob and Daphnee sent you!

Damion was amazing! Closing time, ON HIS BIRTHDAY, and this guy is cool, and very patient taking time to explain every piece of our contract.
Jinny was funny and very patient as she showed us the technical aspects(gadgets) of the car after getting in for the first time and acting like 8 year olds.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My credit isn't great and I hadn't had car insurance in years and this made the process long. David Rutkay and his colleagues did their magic and worked wonders and I was able to drive off in my new car. Thanks guys!!!!

I came to long island city Hyundai looking to lease a 2013 Veloster Turbo. From the beginning of my contact with the dealership to driving off the lot in my fully equipped Veloster it was a very pleasant experience. My experience started with receiving info online, and being contacted by Mr. LaMassa. We scheduled a road test and I was very taken with the car. Doing your research on your car of choice will help you out a lot. Mr. LaMassa was a pleasure to work with. He was able to get me into the car I wanted at a very attractive price the same day. That's the most I can ask for as a consumer looking at my first car. While waiting for billing and signing, Marc showed me around the service area and answered many questions about future maintenance and bluelink. Marc stayed with us even after the gate closing for the day to help set up Bluetooth as well as other features in the car. Damion in finance got us in and out of signing and was a pleasure. I will definitely recommend L.I.C Hyundai for any of your sales/leasing needs. The team was great to work with.

Everyone that I dealt with was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Damion was especially helpful with my financing and Debbie and Alain were life savers. All 3 stayed after hours to complete the deal and make sure that I drove off in the right car! Thank you!!!

I could not be happier with this dealership! David Rutkay was excellent. He helped me and advised me greatly about the car I was purchasing as well as helping me with with my lease. Even though I had a little trouble based on my credit, this dealership made it happen for me to have my car. It was such a smooth, great experience all around. Couldn't ask for anything better.
