My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with the dealership and the salesman who helped us. We were not pressured or harassed and felt like everyone wanted us to leave with the vehicle we were most comfortable with. They were willing to work with us until we were happy. The reason we rated Automax in Shawnee with all fives is because they deserve it, especially Dan Black. He was extremely patient with us from beginning to end. We came in late in the evening on a Friday night, and not one time did they make us feel that we were wasting or taking up too much of their time. They made us feel comfortable and confident with our deal. We are extremely happy with our new car and will definitely go back for future purchases. They wanted us to leave there with exactly what we wanted, nothing more and nothing less. Not only will we go back in the future, but will recommend Automax and Dan Black to our friends and family.

I appreciated Dan Black's low key sales method & pressure free style. He answered my questions, and didn't mind my driving several different vehicles till I decided. Dan worked hard to make sure I got the best fit for what I needed and wanted. He was very relaxed about my indecision. The best part of Dan's assistance, he got answers to my questions for the few items he wasn't sure about. Then Auto Max worked diligently to get the price scaled to fit my budget. They wanted to make sure they were part of my family, and will continue to service my car in the future. I don't change dealerships often, but when I am treated right I tell the world. I would recommend Dan Black as a salesman and friend to anyone? I hope the Service Center can continue the good relationship set as a precedence by the sales and finance team.

We have given the rating of "5" based upon our overall experience and expectations when purchasing a new vehicle while trading in a vehicle in excellent condition.
We reviewed the information on line prior to contacting the dealership. The on line information was informative.
We contacted the dealership and the sales personel was very professional. We made an appointment for the next day.
The sales personnel was expecting us at our appointed time.
We test drove the vehicle, and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics and operation of the vehicle. NOT FAKE!
When we were ready to negotiate as in many times we offered lowed, the dealership offer high. We were able to come to a middle ground that we both could accept.
The paperwork process was clear and it did not take all day!
My husband is now the proud owner of a vehicle his is extremely proud to drive, own, and maintain.

Felt comfortable dealing with a salesman that had mechanic experience. Was able to provide some good info to help us make a good decision. Easy process. Worked around our busy schedule. No hassle taking care of our transaction. Price was good. Hope that Dodge and Chrysler can figure out ways to reduce the price in new autos someday.
