Dan Corron at Toyota of Des Moines

On March 22 (2013) I made a three hour trip to your dealership to look at the Scion iQ. I was already "smitten" with the little bugger before we arrived. I had an appointment with Dan Corron so he was expecting me. Dan was sincerely awesome. I decided to get the Scion and once that was settled I explained to Dan that it was a three hour drive back home and I wanted to get home before dark. I asked him if he could please try to make that happen. He said he'd do everything he could to make that work and he did! (We only had to drive in the dark for about the last 15 miles, but we were close to home.)
Purchasing the Scion iQ and working with Dan Corron, Ryan McClanahn and Bill Klomstad was a great experience. (Mr Klomstad was so much fun, he is neat.) The process of purchasing this vehicle at your dealership was "no-stress" and actually pretty enjoyable.
My sincere thanks to all three gentlemen and I am getting a real kick out of my little "go devil", it makes doing errands, etc way more fun!!

I'm not sure of the names of the other people I worked with over there in financing and such, but it started with Dan Corron and everything went so smoothly and efficient that I'm really impressed with the entire process. Dan wasn't trying to sell me on a vehicle instead he listened to my wants and did everything he could to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted, really felt like he was working for me and not the dealership. The day I went in to pick up my vehicle Dan was waiting at the front to greet me and handed me off to financing which financing literally could not have taken more than 4 minutes signing paperwork and that's even with questions I had. Then I was handed off to a dedicated technician that ran through all the features of my new vehicle with me. It was so fun to be a part of a process that worked so efficiently.

I went in to Toyoyta of Des Moines looking to buy a new Prius and the level of professionalism and customer service from the second I stepped in the showroom was amazing. I was greeted right away and Dan made the buying experience effortless and kept me updated constantly all the way through my new car tutorial. We started looking at Toyotas on line. Dan C. comunicated with us on line and answered our questions immediately.
The only thing left to do was to test drive the different models we were interested in. We drove to DesMoines and asked for Dan, it was his day off, so Becky worked with us. She gave us a tour of the vehicles we were interested in and then we went for a test drive. Upon test driving, we made a decision the model we were interested in. At that point, there was a used one that also met with our satisfaction, so we asked to test drive it. Becky got it for us and we drove it. She helped us with all the answers we had and with the beginning paper work. We returned the next day to work with Dan in the finalizing of all, he was very helpful. We also appreciated the walk through of all the gadgets and operation of the new vehicle.

Dan listened to our needs and was patient with our questions. He is an honest and down to earth guy. I would recommend Dan to anyone who wishes to have a positive experience when buying a car.

I recently leased a 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid thru Dan Corron and Terry Carenza. Both of these gentlemen were excellent to work with. They are knowledgeable with the Toyota product line as well as insightful to which model line had the best lease program. I truly appreciated all their help and guidance which ultimately helped with my final decision.

I started this process on carwoo. Steve Henigan proactively via emails provided me with information about Prius and competing brands I was considering. He stayed on the communications, was direct, clear and up front with his offer. The tutorial at the dealership and the deal were outstanding.

I went in and told Dan exactly how much per month I could spend and what I was looking for. He worked hard to get me the financing I needed, at the price I needed. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text and keep updated on the progress of my car. He was willing to answer my calls and texts whenever I sent them and was always friendly about it.

He and the team were very efficient at completing my paperwork without making me feel pushed. I was able to ask lots of questions so I understood all of the terms of my financing. Everything felt very easy and respectful.
