Dan Do at Joe Machens Nissan

My wife and I had ben shopping for a new car and had narrowed our choices down to Accord or Altima. I was completely upfront with the Nissan sales staff, we were going to buy a car that day and we had cash in hand. Bob Pollock did an excellent job of listening to our needs, paying attention, and showing us the exact car we were looking for. He has a lot of confidence in the Nissan brand and answered all our concerns. I was especially impressed when he suggested driving the Accord and we would be back becuase the Altima is that much better vehicle. And he was right. I can be fairly headstrong and had a number in mind when we got to that point. Dealing with Dan and and Jonathan on the money aspects was enjoyable and after some good discussion we managed to reach agreement. We were well satisfied with our entire buying experience and will certainly recommend Bob and the rest of the Machens Nissan staff to our friends.

The dealership was very professional in my opinion. I was not pressured to make any decision. Everything I was told would happen did so. The followup has been freindly and courteous. The service department has helped me with questions I had.

Very friendly, low-pressure sales (the product did the selling) We are looking forward to taking a trip in our new Altima. We looked at several other cars, but the Altima won me over.

I rated Joe Machens Nissan in Columbia, MO very high in all categories. My salesman, Dahn Do, was very professional, knowledgeable, and tried to figure out what vehicle would best suit my new lifestyle as a first time father. I financed through the dealership and I had a great experience with the gentleman I worked with during that process, I think his name was Eric. I am terrible with names. Anyhow, they do a great job there and I am very pleased with my overall experience.

Danh was diligent in pursuing us as customers and once we made connection at the dealership he did exactly what we asked him to. We told him what our requirements were and he met them with the best of his ability. I give Danh an A+. Thanks for a great experience.

I bought my 2010 Titan from these guys last year. Love my truck and got a fantastic deal on it. Since, I've been bringing my truck and my 2008 Nissan Xterra to them for maintenance. I've never had maintenance done at a dealership before (never trusted them to be honest), but I feel like I can trust these guys and would rather have them work on my cars than anyone else in town. Great job guys. I'm a Machens customer for life at this point.
