Dan Fico at Marina Dodge Chrysler Jeep

I was hesitant to go to this dealer due to a previous experience. But thru Dan Fico I had a great experience and ended up purchasing a new car. I would recommend this dealer to family and friends!

Dan was a great to greet me as I walked in and aks how he could help. I knew what I wanted to look at so he was able to get right on task and had the car ready for a test drive with in minutes. Not 15 inutes later we ran number and knew he could get me approved where I could afford the new car. Dan kows haw he can help you and I appricated that he did not beat around the bush about it. He was start forward whith me and my numbers and that is what sold me to purchase my new Jeep from him.

Everyone at Marina was very professional! Dan Fico was extremely nice, walked up to my girlfriend and I, greeted us with a joke. I really felt at ease with him. The sales floor was extremely clean and presntable. I met so many friendly people today. The gentleman that processed my loan application was very professional as well. Everyone greeted my girlfriend and I with a very good firm handshake. I will definitely be returning in the future. I am recommending Marina Chrysler Dodge Jeep to my family, friends, and coworkers. I honestly wish I had gone there first and didn't waste my time with other dealers. Marina gets a 10 in my book!!! Thank you very much gentlemen.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience! I saw a van online that met my needs & price, sales manager answered my questions, hopped on a flight from Cincinnati to Rochester for $188 via Priceline.com, was picked up 5 minutes after I landed by a kind man in their shuttle van, greeted warmly upon arrival, van was exactly as described probably a little better, paperwork went smoothly, drove the van 500 miles back home. Great work!

I heard about Marina on the radio and then check the website and was looking into getting a used car. When I got there I test drove a vehicle and looked at a couple others. Dan was great and I ended up geting a new 2011 Lancer which I love. I would recomend the dealership to anyone.

I had a terrific experience buying my Outlander Sport at Marina Dodge. I would definitely recommend the Dealership to others and would return in the future. Everyone the minute I walked the door was friendly and welcoming - from the Customer Service, Sales, Financing and Service Shop who got my new vehicle ready for pickup.

I really was dreading this experience - it can be frustrating and intimidating. Dan Fico took me under his wing and was very patient as I made my decision and supplied answers to all my questions.

I have given this dealer a 5 out of 5 rating because The salesmen I had the pleasure of doing business with Dan Fico was a very honest, kind person. As a young female I did at any point in time feel I was taken advantage of. Marina was able to keep all promises made on price. I believe that I was given the very best deal that I could have gotten from any dealer in NYS.
