I just leased a 2012 Cruze from Jack Maxton. I highly recommend working with Dan Funk. He went above and beyond to get me the best car for the best price. He was very informative about the selections, personable to talk to, and patient through the whole car buying process. After the papers were signed, he took the time to make sure I knew about ALL the features on the car before I drove it off the lot. Unless you want to buy/lease the new Cruze, do not test drive it! It's awesome and your car shopping should end there. All in all, Jack Maxton as a dealership and Dan Funk as a salesman get 5 stars in my book!

I had certain requirements for an SUV that I was considering purchasing. Dan did an outstanding job in tracking down just the right vehicle. I was first contacted by Dan after an internet search that I did. He was very professional yet easy to talk to. He made us feel very comfortable. His goal was to make us happy. And he did.

the whole expericence of buying my first new truck was awesome, thanks to the help and all the answers that was proved by my sale rep really made it more comfortable and an easy process which led to me being able to drive away with a nice truck.

I requested a trade quote online and within 20 minutes I was contacted by Jack Maxton Chevrolet. Dan was a good, low pressure salesman. He was very knowledgable and helpful. During negotiating he, along with the financing department, went to great lengths to give me the best price and payment plan to fit my needs. I went in knowing my limits but it never mattered. The vehicle price was more than fair.
I worked with Paul Schoo to accessorize my vehicle and he was also very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to show me real parts that I was interested in. For dealer installed accessories, the price was very reasonable. Installed aftermarket parts would be more expensive. He worked with me to make sure all of my accessories were included into my factory warranty.
Overall I had a great experience with Jack Maxton Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience working with Jack Maxton Chevy, and especially Dan Funk. I wanted a Camaro with very specific options. Jack Maxton didn't have a car on the lot that matched what I wanted so Dan Funk tracked one down at a dealership in Wisconsin and arranged to get it to Ohio. Unexpectedly, the dealership in Wisconsin sold the car. However, Dan did not give up. He tracked down two more cars and discussed my options with me. We ended up getting the exact Camaro I wanted from North Carolina. Dan at Jack Maxton went above and beyond what any other car dealer would do in order to track down the car I wanted. The service exceeded my expectations.

THE REASON I GIVE THIS DEARERSHIP SUCH HIGH MARKS IS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY TREATED ME.THE PLACE WAS CLEAN ANS BOTH TIME THAT I HAVE HAD MY TRUCK IN FOR SERVICE I GOT IT BACK WHEN THEY SAID I WOULD, ALSO IT WAS FIXED THE FIRST TIME.
