Dan Hoffman at McCluskey Chevrolet

I tried a few other dealerships in the area, and the promise never matched up to delivery. I had almost given up when I was put in touch with Dan Hoffman. Best customer service EVER!! He went above and beyond and what he promissed, he delivered. He askes the right questions and gets the right answer. Could not recommend Dan or the dealership more!!!!

The time that i spent looking for a car not at this dealership was crazy. The time that i spent with dan hoffman was excellent. He was friendly an very honest. i had no problem buying a car from him an loved it. no problems what so ever. great person an great at what he does. still loving my car to this day.

My initial experience with Don Smith was AWFUL. However, a phone call from Walt about that experience and I gave dealership another chance. Walt Kelsey is the epitome of FANTASTIC customer service. He hooked me up with Dan Hoffman and the two of them were not going to let me leave without the perfect vehicle that fit me, both financially and economically! I would recomend to anyone this dealership, especially if you are a first time buyer or someone that has no credit history like myself. I would like to extend a THANK YOU to both Walt Kelsey and Dan Hoffman for all their help. They are STARS in my book!!!!!!

I enjoyed working with Dan, he made it easy for me to purchase this car. He went above and beyond by bringing the car to my house for inspection and then delivering the car to my house the day after I purchased it. I have 3 small children and not having to cart them around while buying a car has been worth its' weight in gold! Keep up the good work!

I was called on the phone to travel to McCluskey for a car appraisel of my used 2005 Nissan Altima. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted very professionally. I was looking for a Nissan Altima (SL) from 2 prior dealerships. When I test drove the cars from the previous dealerships I was escorted in the vehicle with the salesman. When I went to McCluskey they let me test drive the car by myself. I was impressed by this action. The previous dealerships had a hard time trying to get me financed for the Nissan. I have driven and owned Nissan's for the last 15 years. I really wasn't expecting to purchase anything but a Nissan. When I drove the 2011 Chevy Cruze LTZ, it pretty much had all the options that I was looking for with a slightly lower price than the Nissan's. The only real drawback was the engines (1.4 liter) power. With the fuel mileage rating, I could probably live with a little less power than what I was used to. After talking with the salesman (Dan Hoffman) he stated that he would probably be able to get me the car for the price I was looking for! After negotiating a little I was able to drive the car off of the showroom floor! I was estatic and so excited, having not ever doing this before. I am very inpressed by the courtesy and enthusiasm of McCluskey along with the terrific salesman (Dan Hoffman).

I am very pleased with my trips and dealing with McClusky and their people. Dan Hoffman is a super person and makes you feel like an old friend. The atmosphere at McClusky is so relaxed and friendly that it makes shoppingfor a vechicle very relaxing.
