They are very knowledgable - you can defintiely rely on their expertise when making a decision what car to buy. They are very thorough with providing information and answering questions. If they don't have an immediate answer, they do the research and find the information for you. They are prompt with their services.

Their customer service after the purchase is also outstanding. They take care of you if you have any questions or experience any issues.

They go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy with their purchase and after.

Very knowledgeable on the Honda product line. Nick McCarthy and the entire sales team was a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased many cars in the past and this was by far the most pleasant experience.Dealership was very neat and clean. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The whole staff was a pleasure to work with. I got the best price around. After researching used jeeps for over a month I found the perfect one at Jeff Wyler Honda of florence KY. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

We had a very nice experience purchasing our new van. They worked with us to meet all of our needs in making the decision to purchase this vehicle. We absolutely love it!

We went in actually looking for 2 vehicles. Jim Wilson was very personable and easy to talk to. I test drove a Honda CRV and my husband tried a Chevrolet truck. I really liked the Honda but he wasn't so sure about the truck. We indicated that we would like to come to an agreeable price. We had preapproved financing but also had a 1997 Chevy Blazer that we wanted to trade. The money man I think his name was Dan didn't want the Blazer at all. He suggested that we try to sell it ourselves. We spent several hours there on a Saturday and bought the Honda with the agreement that we would pick it up on Monday when I got the paperwork from the bank. (they wanted a purchase contract before releasing anything) On Monday after 2 telephone conversations with Jim, we picked up the car. None of the paperwork was ready and we were there for another two hours. They said they cleaned the car but when I got in it to leave I found that the drink holders in the front were very sticky. The next day when showing the car to someone I opened the hatch and there was a bottle cap from a malt liquor that was not there on Saturday when I looked at the car. Jim only gave us one key for the car and when we asked for a second one, he hemmed and hawed and said he would try to get hold of the former owner. (You would think as a dealer they could have offered to get one made.) It is a week later and I have heard nothing. Also the car had very little gas in it. My husband ended up buying a car at another dealership, they gave him two keys told him if he ever needed another one to let them know, his car had a full tank of gas, was clean and they even ordered a booklet for him since the car didn't have one. All in all my experience at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence was mediocre at best and I would seriously think twice before purchasing another car there. I really would like a second key and they didn't seem inclined to help at all.

Followup-They obviously got this feedback and were anxious to fix the problems. They made us a second key, filled the car with gas and gave us a free detail of the car at my convenience. The general manager was very apologetic and said they spoke with the salesman who dropped the ball several times and said that was not their normal standard. They were very willing to work with us this time so I would consider going back there for another purchase. I was pleased with the way the problems were resolved.

We went in to purchase a new Pilot before Christmas. Paul was our sales person and was very helpful. We were ready to buy so it was not a difficult sales pitch but he was patient and I felt like he was genuinely trying to help us.
Dan was also involved when the negotiations began. I was prepared for a fight but there was no an aggressive negotiation or high pressure sales pitch. There was a small mix-up when the promotional interest rate quoted was not what was on the website but they figured it out and we got the interest rate we wanted.
Overall it was a very stress free purchase experience.
The most pressure we got was from the finance paperwork guy who pressed us to buy the extended warranty but this was cancelled out by Paul and his helpful and friendly approach to sales.

This was my first visit to this dealership. I had already shopped at other dealerships and was not able to trade the way I wanted. These folks traded my way and it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family!
