My purchase initially started by searching on the internet, followed by communications with Anna Moretti. I found Anna to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I told her about my "like to have" and she listened. She went out of her way to locate the color I wanted with the "likes" and had the vehicle delivered promptly. Can't say enough about her enthusiasm and willingness to please the customer.
I was also impressed with Dan, the "finance man". He researched the market and was able to get an even lower rate that I had been initially told.
Together they are quite the pair and two very valuable assets to the Cortese Auto Group!!

Originally, my husband and I made an appointment to see a car at Cortese and were scheduled to meet with Sam Valleriani, which we had to reschedule. The evening we came back although Sam was with another customer, he set us up to test drive our now car. From the moment Sam met us, he was genuinely open and honest and radiated with pride for working with Cortese.

When we came back from our test drive we were introduced to Tony Vento, who I cannot say enough good things about. Tony, like Sam, was honest, genuine, and a pleasure to work with (and made the car buying and trading experience an exciting one)! Tony made sure we were happy every step of the way, Tony even made sure the car past his standards as we drove it off the lot.

We also had the pleasure of working with Dan Obrien, who was equally as friendly and honest as Sam and Tony.

Brought in my car today to get fixed. The brakes were squealing and it was annoying to drive. Ed on the service area was extremely pleasant and kept us updated on what was going on. I am paying nothing out of pocket and they even will get me a rental free of charge if it isn't ready when I come to get it Monday. I had an unpleasant experience before but John cortese personally called me to clear everything up. That is how you run a business! Thanks guys for making me happy again and getting my cute little car back in perfect condition!

Tony was so friendly. We enjoyed working with him. He and Dan were able to work in our budget and give us a car we are very happy with. We never felt pressured. We would recommend this dealer to friends and family!

Came to Cortese from a friend who referred us. Could not have been more happy with our purchase of a new Ram truck. Joe Provvidenza went above and beyond by explaning to us what separated his trucks from the competition, espically for towing purposes. When we arrived at the dealership, Anna did an amazing job of making the process went very smoothly, as we had our two young children with us. She really made sure that she explained all the features of the truck to us and answered all of our questions. Dan in finance was great in explaining what we were signing, and the great rate he found worked to our favor. This dealership is the place to go if you are in the market to buy a vehicle. Not once did it feel pressured, and you are really valued as a customer. Will be back in the future to buy another vehicle from them-thanks to all!!

My experience witht he Cortese Auto Group dealership was flawless. Emily was very helpful in helping me get exactly what I came there to find. She was very friendly and attentive to what my concerns werre. This is now my second experience with this dealership and I would recommend this dealership to any and all friends looking to purchase a vehicle.

We were treated very professionally by all three persons with whom we dealt. Our questions were answered honestly and fully. Bob was very good about telling us what we needed to know, and explained the aspects of the car which were a bit confusing.
John went out of his way to make some concessions to us, and Dan was also clear and efficient in doing his part.
All in all, it was refreshing to deal with people who did not make us leery about what we were or were not being told. A good experience all around.
