My Review of Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Dan (and the technician) is the reason I keep going back to Courtesy.

I have been to other Jeep dealers and their service/parts departments.

Dan is accomodating and is a great listener. I have done my best to try to explain the service issue in my words and he asked the right questions to get the concern correct.

Everyone from the time the overhead door opens until the bill has been paid have been been great to work with. Dan even had me talk to a high level technician in the bay to address my own misunderstanding of the 2007 Liberty's cooling system.

My Jeep has been in their service department three times and I havent regretted a thing.

This is the first time I visited Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had a wonderful
experience with Al and Dan. Their customer service was exceptional. Dan took the time to explained me all details very clear and simple. Al was very professional and very helpful too. Dan also surprised me when he offered me to use while mine was at the shop.

I will recommend this dealer to all my friends.

We have been working with Dan for a long time! He has always been courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. He always goes far and beyond his duty to make sure we are satisfied! We have taken both of our cars to him for service and Dan has made sure that all our concerns are addressed and everything is completed to our satisfaction. Prices are fair and exceptional. He has drastically changed our views of service departments in a dealership. We highly recommend Dan. We are moving to Florida and will miss him! He is like a friend to us!
