Other than the day of the purchase the lack of communication between myself and staff along with staff talking to other staff has been very frustrating. Issues which are still not resolved ar communication between myself and staff along with staff talking to other staff has been very frustrating. Issues which are still not resolved are- Garage door opener in rear view mirror still does not work, the spaint issue on rear passenger side bumper seems to have been a defect but apparently I had to pay for it. To coming back multiple times now to have the ceramic coating applied again to the paint issue area when the paint issue shoud have been taken care of prior to the coating. Communication between sales and service leaves a lot to be desired. More

My experience at Tamiami was unbelievable. I finally found the vehicle I was looking for and ready to purchase. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. I called the surrounding busines I finally found the vehicle I was looking for and ready to purchase. I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state. I called the surrounding businesses in the area, they all gave thumbs up on Tamiami. No problem I thought. The dealership, with the exception of my salesperson was fine. My salesperson Dean G was a total lack of customer service NIGHTMARE and wreck. I told him more than once that I'm on central standard time zone. He would still call me early in the morning before the sun was up to argue and fuss that the process with my bank and insurance was taking too long. Anytime you are purchasing from out of state, it's a longer banking process DEAN. If it were not for the great customer service of salesperson, Crystal K, I would have backed out of this deal. Crystal saved the sale. Dean should be taken through in-depth and intensive customer service classes ASAP. Please do not let Dean loose on another unsuspecting customer. End of story, Crystal took pictures of the vehicle sections that I requested and assured me that I was getting a great deal. Dean, please put people over the sale, be patient, be professional, please Listen and STOP the ridiculous threats. Dan was great, recommending a transport service. To say the least, this was not a seamless nor a stress-free experience. Thankfully, the car was Perfect. More

After taking delivery, I noticed an issue during my first night drive—the headlights were mostly non-functional due to aging and the typical Florida haze on the assemblies. It was something neither the sales team nor I had noticed beforehand. I reached out to let them know about the issue, and they worked with me toward a fair resolution. They made sure I was fully satisfied with the outcome. Huge thanks to my salesman Anthony and his manager Dan for their professionalism and support. A+++ team and dealership! More

Spoke with Internet manager. She was very helpful. Requested seasoned salesperson. Steve met me with car ready. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a small functional issue in She was very helpful. He had another person test drive and couldn't resolve, the the sales manager did the same. All extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Did everything to resolve issue but couldn't. Worked a very good deal for both me & dealer with a written agreement to fix the small issue. I would definitely buy from them again. Jay. Ft Myers More
