Even if you don't want to buy a Toyota, you should go visit salesman Dan Rivera at Carousel Toyota just to see how good a car salesman can be. He not only knows his products and can answer all questions, his laid-back manner and non-aggressive style are a pleasure to deal with. Not only that, he doesn't play those little salesman games of going back and forth to his "finance people" or his manager, disappearing for enormous amounts of time. He's a straight-shooter and has the patience of Job - not to mention his quick sense of humor and infectious chuckle. I got a GREAT deal with an honest, gentle, and personable saleman. You go, Dan. NOTE: You better make an appointment if you hope to get Dan's full attention because he is in high demand!!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to Dan Rivera for assisting me in the purchase of my 2004 Toyota Camry SE on October 31, 2011. I was searching for a pre-owned, reasonably priced, well-maintained vehicle that I needed asap. I did not have much success at other dealerships. I went to Carousel Toyota where I met Dan Rivera. I explained my situation to him. He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding, patient,and honest. He immediately showed me a few vehicles he thought would be good for me. I decided on a 2004 Toyota Camry SE. Although this was a pre-owned sale, he treated me as if I were purchasing a brand new vehicle! I felt like a valued customer. Dan went beyond the call of duty to assure the mechanical reliability and cosmetic condition of the vehicle. I am satisfied and proud of my Camry and it looks and rides like a newer vehicle. I highly recommend Carousel Toyota and Dan Rivera as a Consultant!!!

Dan Riviera is the consummate sales person, in fact he is the very best kind of person you should have working for you. He is honest, direct, and basically a very confident, happy person. I work for a Fortune 500 company and I can tell you that his enthusiasm and energy is hard to find, and actually on the way home from buying my Prius I mentioned to my boyfriend, that he would probably be successful anywhere. Employees can learn most skills on the job, but if you don't have drive and personality, it always feels like something missing. Not the case with Dan. I have purchased many cars over the years at Ottos, Garnet VW and my purchase (first) at Carousel probably felt the best, in part because I just felt good about buying a Hybrid, but also because Dan made it seem like I was going on an adventure - mostly because he couldn't stop talking about all the wonderful features of the Prius. He is proud of what he sells and it comes through to the customer.

Praise for Dan Rivera at Carousel Totota. He was super knowledgeable, friendy, and so easy to work with. He listened to my concerns, found the right car for me and treated me with the utmost respect. The price negotiations were so simple. My experience at Carousel was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will tell my friends about the dealership. I bought a 2011 Camry on 10/21 and I'm very happy with the car.

My husband and I were just looking at the available 2011 and 2012 Camry when we met Dan Rivera at Carousel Toyota. He was so friendly and personable that we decided to take the car for a ride. Dan took his time to show us all the new technology that comes standard with the XLE. We never felt like he was just trying to sell us a car. Carousel worked with us on the price and we feel as though we purchased a quality vehicle. Of course, our previous car was a camry with 140,000 miles and never had any repairs to it.

I came to Carousel Toyota after inquiring about the car on line. That one has been sold but the salesperson Dan Rivera showed me two others that were similar to the one I was interested in. Dan was very helpful. One of the reasons that I came back to this dealership to buy the vehicle few days later was because I was confident I can rely on Dan's help. He answered my all questions, helped to understand all the details of the paperwork, etc. Long story short, I will go back to him when I want to buy my next car. I was very happy with the service. I enjoyed this dealership overall as well.

My husband and I went to price trucks on 9/19. We were met by Dan Rivera who was great. We told him that we were not looking to buy for another year and he was more than understanding. Even though he knew that he was not getting a sale out of us that day, he was very helpful; going over some options, pricing, etc. Dan even managed to help us while keeping our 3 year old daughter occupied (popcorn is always a great thing!). When we are ready to purchase, we will without a doubt go back to Carousel and Dan.

What can I say. Lisa hooked me up not only with a great car but also a great salesperson, Dan. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient(with me who knows nothing about a GPS system or fancy "things" in my Highlander. He answered all my questions and concerns. He also showed me another vehicle (a Rave4) which I was considering purchasing, but after riding in my HIghlander, I loved it. WHen I mentioned to Dan about some scratches on my car, he said he would take care of getting me a small bottle of matching paint so I could have it to touch up myself, but he had already taken care of that for me also.
Though Dan did say to come back if I had questions, I am hoping to learn to do things on my own, but I DO know, that should I call he would be there for me.
Love Toyota, love Carousel and love the people who work for Carousel. When I went to sign the paperwork, though I forgot the gentlemans name that helped me, he was great. And to my suprise when I went to call my insurance company to let them know I picked up my new (used)car, someone from Toyota had already taken care of that for me also.
Thanks for a great car and thanks for making everything so easy.
