Crossroad Ford of Apex what a xxxx hole I purchased a truck from them and they delivered it to Pennsylvania for me. The rear door on the box would only open about 18 inches and the slide door between the box, and the cab was already off its hinges. the salesman had to know about this, but he figured he would ship it anyway, as soon as they got to my business I showed the delivery guy the issue and of course we got to dealership on the phone and their story was we will take care of that whatever it takes so here we are almost 2 years later the door is still broke but they got $64,000 cash that I paid for the truck that day and they will not do anything about it Take my advice. These people are very untrustworthy and dishonest. They’re more in the lower end of xxxx do not buy cars from crossroad Ford of Apex. Hit me up. If you really want to know the full story I’m telling everybody I am thinking about having one or two tv commercials in their area about this problem money is no option with me I just expect good service. I didn't write a review a while back because I thought to just let it go. However, I took my car to Crossroads Ford of Apex to get an update to my Blue Cruise feature. They had the car longer than quoted so just let it go. However, I took my car to Crossroads Ford of Apex to get an update to my Blue Cruise feature. They had the car longer than quoted so I called to see what the delay was. They began to tell me that they were in the process of removing my windshield to fix a recall. I was upset and asked why would they be removing my windshield without consulting me first since I only brought the car in to get a simple software update. They back peddled and said they hadn't removed anything but since it was a recall they are not required to notify the owner. I let them know that this was unacceptable for a few reasons. 1) Its my car and I should be made aware of the work being completed. 2) If the additional work, that was requested, is going to take longer than the quoted time the owner should know so that they can plan accordingly. 3) If they would have called me I could have told them that the recall repair was already completed by another dealer over a year ago. My service consultant then began to pretty much tell me I was lying or that I didn't know what I was talking about and that the recall had never been completed. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to provide paperwork to prove it was done. I was flabbergasted by this but told him that I had the paperwork and could send it over. However, by this point I was extremely upset and asked to speak with a manager. To my surprise he doubled down on the consultants comments. I just wanted my car back at this point but they told me that the software update was just started and would take a couple of days. Keep in mind the car had already been there a couple days. I had no choice but to agree to let them finish it up. Before I got off of the phone I confirmed they hadn't started work on my windshield, they said they did not. The next day I get a call from the manager saying that they broke the cover under the hood underneath the windshield. They lied to me and said no work had been done towards replacing the windshield. Now I was going to have to wait longer for the replacement part to come in. I needed my car for work so they arranged to have the parts ordered and delivered my car to me and arranged to come to my house to replace it at a later date. They brought my car back filthy but I was just glad to get it back. They came and replaced the cover but now the washer fluid is blocked or disconnected. I just let it go and drive without washer fluid because I'm not sure what they would do next. Now Ford has issued a safety recall on the car and I called to understand what it was and if they could fix it. They said they will no longer service my car even if its a safety concern. I wasn't even surprised or upset because it made me remember the experience I had and I thought I should share. The worst experience of my life with a dealership! More

I bought a 2019 Ford escape from them at 3000 miles the engine had a misfire on it. Now I am having a problem with the axles on the front end . The axles was welded to the wheel barring. I am not happy with my Ford that I am still making payments on it. The car is certified. So I went back to Ford today and they didn't even help me. My car broke down twice they gave me $100 gift card After just spent $1400. They sold me Lemon 🍋 I wish I could give them no stars . They care more about the money then there customers. I had to put in a whole new axles in the front also a wheel baring and a new abs sensor. Still making payments on a car that breaks down every 3000 miles. They are not respectful at all . They told me they was going to pay me back for the parts I wasted gas to go up there I also lost three weeks of work because of this mess . Very Angry customer 😒. Thanks for the Lemon car. THIS DEALER IS THE WORST! !! We purchased a new F550 from Crossroads on March 28,2022. Thomas Post was the salesman I worked with to complete the sale. As this was an out of st !! As this was an out of state purchase I was told that Crossroads uses a third party titling service. It has been 72 days and I still do not have a title or plates for this vehicle. We have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails. I am being told by crossroads that it is not their problem, it is the titling service. This is a business vehicle with DOT and IFTA registrations that we are currently in violation because we did not obtain plates with in 30 days of the purchase. I have paid $6,308.88 in tax, title and registration fees along with $199.00 dealer admin fee. I want both amounts refunded plus the late fee the state of Indiana BMV will charge me due to the mis handling by Crossroads. More
