This was the best car buying experience to date for me and my family. The entire staff I interacted with was very professional and courteous. The facility was spotless. Each employee I dealt with was very knowledgeable in his respective field. I will recommend my friends and family to visit Breakaway for future vehicle purchases. I had a pressure free car shopping experience at Break Away Honda. The atmosphere in the entire building was friendly. Dan Thompson, who was my salesman was so pleasant, professional, and friendly, I felt very comfortable when asking question about the vehicle. Very Friendly, Never forced to accept the offer, Even when I informed that I came to show the vehicle to my wife and not planning to buy the sales person was really Great. At no point in the process did I see any frustration.Will recommend to Others.

Mr. Thompson listened to what I wanted and insisted that I drive each vehicle to see the difference in handling. After driving threee different vehicles, I decided to purchased the 2013 Honda Accord. This is third Honda that I have purchased from Breakaway. Mr. Thompson's knowledge if the vehicle was great. Before leaving the dealership, he made sure that I was comfortable with the car.

10 years ago I walked off the Breakaway lot due to their unwillingness to deal on a new car and the rudeness of their employees. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much different this time but I was WRONG! Mr. Dan Thompson and the entire support team were wonderful to work with. They let us take the Honda Pilot on a test drive (alone) and answered all our questions. Mr. Thompson was easy to talk to and I never felt pressured by him throughout the entire process. Their first offer was actually very close to where my goal was so there was very little negotiating required and was the less stress I have ever felt buying a new car.

I've been a Break away Honda since 2005. This was the third time I came here for trading and purchasing my new Honda Odyssey Touring 2012. Be frankly, the sale team treated me very friendly and nicely. I felt so comfortable and highly recommended Dan Thompson, a sale person, to all new car purchasers at this dealer.
