They tried manipulating us every chance they got. We agreed on a price on 3 different times and we arrived the deal was complety different. He tried to sell us all kinds of options but I declined and told him I didn’t want anything but the factory warranty. He said ok, and had us sign some papers. After that, I said our original price is the same right, and he said yes and repeated the price . We then got a letter in the mail trying to make us sign to a new agreement with an extended warranty. I called serval times and it went back and forth forever until David finally called me back . He then said no problem I will take the warranty off can I sign you initials. When the car was brought in for warranty work, I was told to expect service would take 1 to 2 days Those days came and went with no notification of any problems. After 4 days I tried to contact the service a to expect service would take 1 to 2 days Those days came and went with no notification of any problems. After 4 days I tried to contact the service advisor and several hrs later received notice that would be several more days because there were 'complications' got car back after nearly 2 weeks. Never once did I recieve any updates from the service department that I didn't initiate by calling. That is not what I would call customer service. More

I took my 2022 Palisade to the dealership as it had a delayed start and is shifting hard. This is the 4th time to report the issue with no warning light showing. They flushed it for $400 and said it's fi delayed start and is shifting hard. This is the 4th time to report the issue with no warning light showing. They flushed it for $400 and said it's fixed. I was in the waiting with a 5 yr old for 3 hrs before I was told they were keeping it. Never offered a shuttle or loner. Had my relative take off work to pick me up, then was told they had a ride for me. I carried the car seat from the service area where my car was across, the waiting area, and then sales area, where no one offered to help or even open a door, as the sales people were all on their phones or in a circle laughing it up. Dan offered after I was well past him, but didn't follow up. Tulsa Hyundai, would not recommend. I asked for all records and pray the transmission doesn't drop out with my grandson in tow on the turnpike. Any more questions? More

I’ve had decent experiences with other service members but Daniel was pushy, rude, and did not provide good service. He didn’t update me on my car, was pushy about the upsell and then rude when I refused but Daniel was pushy, rude, and did not provide good service.
