I gave them a perfect score because of their knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing, their friendliness, their overall speed, and pretty much their whole performance as a team. It made buying my first car for myself a breeze. I will probably never buy any where else.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
They were honest and fair, well as honest and fair as you can be and still make money. They didn't hide behind false pretenses and were up front about the money they were trying to make and what they were and were not willing to negotiate on. When you held your ground on something they respected you for it and did not try and bully you or make you feel bad about it, which was not true of my experience at their competitor.

With Norm he put you at ease, but never to the point you felt he was trying to pull any tricks. He answered every question honestly, even when he knew you weren't going to like the answer.

If you live in Charleston, SC and are looking for a KIA this is were you want to go, respectable and respectful people.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
My experience began via an internet quote through our USAA insurance company - Courtney had responded. She followed through with emails and we talked via phone. There were some miscommunications in regard to the vehicle I wanted to trade, however, when we arrived at the dealership, we were able to work out a deal with Courtney, Elijah and Daniel. We had the experience to test drive and work with Elijah during the selling process and Daniel and Jeremy in regard to the finacing details. We look forward to our relationship with the dealership.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
The best buying experience I have had yet! This is my second Kia purchase and my first at Kia Country. Daniel was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was very laid back and easy to work with in finding the right "fit" for me! I appreciate his patience as I made at least two or three trips around the lot (even the back lot) looking at all of the options available! Out of my two purchasing expieriences, this is the first time things went smoothly from start to finish! No hassels and no gimmics! There was no pressure to buy, which is always a plus!! Thank you Daniel for making my second car buying experience a phenomenal one!

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
I needed a car quickly, but wouldn't just settle on anything. I visited roughly 6 different dealerships in the Charleston area and KIA Country by far had the best customer service. I worked with Derek on multiple occasions and he helped me find the car for me. It has been almost 1 year since I bought my car new and I don't regret it one bit. I probably went in and out of the dealership 8 to 10 times over a week and a half before I settled, and it was great to not have the constant pressure to sign too soon. I still like to stop in at the dealership for car service, and I always feel welcomed everytime. Give them a chance and they will help you find a great car! - "Yellow Shoes"

I worked with multiple people, but it was usually Derek Arnold most of the time. His service was amazing and also a key reason why I purchased from KIA Country.

My Review of Kia Country of Charleston:
Why,,,is simple we did not want to go thru the pressure sales tactics of pounding the pavement looking for our New Car Purchase. We decided we would do the research in the comfort of our home, so we built the car Jan wanted after careful research and competed it on internet, We have always been Ford customers (with our past 5 ne vehichle purchases being a Ford), but we could not get a Ford dealership to give us a firm offer online so we could then start the process of negotiating. They all called/e.mailed us but ultimately we had to come to the dealership to negotiate the deal. We became frustrated and decided to do more research on similar sedans but different manufacters. This is when we came upon the ratings of the Kia Optima..It was everything Jan wanted and much more reasonable...We stopped by the Kia Country Dealership one rainy afternoon and tested the Optima. We met Daniel during this visit. He was very professional and answered all of our questions with zero Pressure tactics to handcuff us to the desk until we purchased a vehichle.
We finally made a prposed Internet offer with your Internet salesperson Monet. Monet and Daniel got back to us with a counter offer and we countered that. Long story short we made a deal on the telephone and purchased Jan's new Optima. Finally when we went to pick-up the car we met Sam and your financial officer (who I do not remember his name) to finalize the deal. We had the same experience with them and are very happy with the car.

To summarize the experience (we told your financial officer this at closing) We love the car but your Sales Team is what Sold us on Kia...

new car shopping can be stressful. this dealership makes it as easy as possible. We dealt with Daniel, sales manager, Mone, internet sales, Sam, product specialist, and finally Tim in finance. There was no pressure and everyone was instumental in this purchase. And, I love my new Optima.
