My Review of Park Ave BMW:
A consistently great experience from start to finish. There is no weak link on the team at Park Ave BMW as each and every team member embraced me as if I was their own personal client. With only 3 days remaining on my current lease, and a firm budget in mind, I contacted Sales Manager Jeremy Behar. Without hesitation, Jeremy assured me that he would find me a car that met my needs as well as my time restraints. Within a day, Jeremy was able to find me that perfect car! In the meantime, he and Finance Manager Jim Palumbo worked diligently to process my new vehicle financing and to complete the termination of my current lease. At this time, I was introduced to my Client Advisor, Daniel Kenney. Daniel immediately took me to see my car, and was so genuinely excited for me, that it is hard to say who was more excited, me or him! Having just received the car at their dealership, both Jeremy and Daniel personally oversaw the cleaning and detailing of my car to ensure I was nothing less than thrilled. Goal accomplished! Daniel was knowledgeable and extremely patient with me as he covered all the features and benefits of my new car and the services provided by BMW. Daniel's attention to detail made me feel valued as a customer and the "little extras" he provided really helped personalize my experience (ie. pairing my phone with my car, attaching my Ipod to my stereo and helping me remove my personal belonging from my old vehicle).
Through out my car buying experience, I visited Park Ave BMW on 3 separate occasions; and each time, they exceeded my expectations in customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I would absolutely recommend this dealership in the future.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
Daniel Kenney and and all of the employeees my Fiance Tom and I dealt with were excellent! We had come from having a very bad experience with Ford. It ended up working out to our benefit that we decided against Ford and going to Park Ave BMW. We ended up getting a much better vehicle for less than what we were going to get a Ford Edge with. Let's face it there is no comparison between the two vehicles! We are so happy and feel much better and safer in our new 328xi! I look forward to dealing with them again! I have already recommend a few people! Many people have said once you drive a BMW, you will never drive anything else, and so far I'm pretty sure theyre right.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I have been a BMW client for about ten years. Through three dealerships I went to PArk Avenue and met Daniel, stating I wanted a relationship with a dealership. After my second lease, I introduced my partner to BMW and now we both drive one and am looking forward to my ultimate fifth lease in December.
I have not only found the perfect vehicle, but the perfect relationship. I couldnt be more happy not only with Daniel's customer service, the sales team but the service I recieved at the Park Avenue Service station.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
As in my previous purchase from Park Ave, the treatment was exceptional. Pricing was right and they are very easy to deal with. As for the service department, I can't wait to see the new facility, they were great at the old one, but the added space will be a welcome addition.
