Daniel Lee at Park Place: Porsche Dallas

I called ahead of time to let the dealership know I was driving up from Austin to look at a used Audi on their lot (1 of 3 I intended to look at in the Dallas area). When I arrived (after having looked at 1 of them already), Daniel (the salesperson I spoke to on the phone) had the car out and ready for me to test drive. The car was exactly as described and very clean, with no undisclosed issues. Daniel showed me the car fax without me having to ask for it, and brought over another salesperson who was familiar with Audis to answer some questions I had about the vehicle. It was the car I wanted, and I ended up paying a very reasonable price for it (it was already the lowest asking price of the 3 I intended to look at). I was there for ~2.5hrs between arriving and driving the car off the lot.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous, and helpful, without being the least bit pushy. Daniel in particular was a pleasure to work with. The whole experience went about as well as it could possibly have. Bottom line is ... I'd buy another vehicle from Park Place Porsche in a heartbeat, should the need arise.

I recently purchased a used Porsche and being out of state there is always a reason of doubt. However, that was not the case in dealing with Daniel and Park Place Porsche. He was courteous, polite and returned my calls promptly. He even sent me photos of every detail of the car and called me to discuss them.

We established a level of trust and my comfort level in purchasing the car sight unseen was diminished. The experience could not have been better. The car was delivered to California and it was just perfect. Daniel even followed up on two occasions to make sure everything was as expected. I would recommend Daniel & Park Place Porsche for purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Daniel.

Daniel Lee was very kind and also knowledgeable of the car I purchased. I absolutely love my new car and will most definitely be returning to your place of business in the near future. Possibly for a car for my daughter.

Great experience. Either they are like Harley-Davidson Dealerships, or vice versa... I'm looking forward to a long relationship. Any way you cut it, spending thousands of dollars on a car is like a divorce. At least this was a good one....I got the car, they got the money... Everything was taken care of for me, including setting radio stations, the clock, setting up my phone, and garage door opener...

This guy is great, he has the patient,quite knowledgeable about the cars I would buy, and gave me lots of good advices on how to pick a car, on the other side, he gave me no pressure on have to buy a car from him. I know this is not easy, but this guy certainly makes me feel this way.

I hope my car buying experience always like that.

We were headed to another dealership down the road to purchase a new car and passed Park Place Porsche and thought that we would look at our future dream cars first. Little did we know we would be driving home in one. Daniel and all the other staff were very enjoyable to work with. I was in the car business for 20 years, and have never been in a dealership as professional and customer service orientated as Park Place Porsche. Will definitely buy the next one here!

I recently bought a 911 Turbo from Park Place Porsche. Daniel was great and very attentive in making sure we got a great deal on the car and on my trade in. He made sure that I was happy with my choice on the Turbo since they had three models to pick from. He was great after the sales process as well. The added plus was he met me all the way out by the DFW airport to deliver the car and bring the paperwork on a Saturday night after the dealer closed. Thanks again Daniel....
