Danny Giannotti at Acura of Westchester

Our salesman, Jonathan Zung, was great. We drove 120 miles from upstate Connecticut to deal with Acura of Westchester. Jonathan was up-front and honest with us over the phone prior to driving down to the dealership to look at the car. We purchased a Certified Pre-owned Acura TL, and Jonathan's description of the car over the phone and details of the certification process were timely and accurate, so there were no surprises when we got to the dealership. The car was prepped and detailed perfectly when we arrived.
We also dealt with Daniel Giannotti, the pre-owned sales manager. Dan was very informative relative to what had been done to the car during certification, and the value of that process. He was also willing to negotiate the price of the car with us, and left us feeling that we got a good deal.
I would highly recommend Acura of Westchester, as they have a huge selection of new and used Acuras and are willing to give you the best deal around. If you want to deal with a friendly and honest salesman who will make you feel welcome and put you at ease, ask for Jonathan Zung.

I found the dealership very friendly, it was very easy to warm up to the employees. Kelly Ryder is an exceptional salesman who I felt didn't try to cheat me or sell me short. She was upfront, and any inconveniences I had were immediately taken care of. Everyone was very personable including Shannon Lemon, Frank Ferraro, and Danny Giannotti. The reason I found the car was because of Danny G and his posting on cars.com. I immediately printed out the posting because it said to and bring it to him when you enter the dealership and they'll honor the pricing posted on the website, so that worked out really well. Overall I had a great experience buying my first car!

Matt Belov was extemely helpful and pursued my business even when the car I wanted was not immediately available. This is in stark contrast to some other dealers who were not responsive to my search for TSX Sport Wagon, as there is limited inventory in the field. When I came into the dealership, Matt and Danny were easy to deal with and we were able to quickly get to a mutually agreeble price for the car, which I picked up a few days later. So far I have had a good experience and I happily recommend the dealership and Matt Belov.

Picked up my new MDX today with help from Matt and Danny. This was by far the least stressful, most pleasant car shopping experience I have ever had! Matt and Danny were not only very knowledgeable but they were polite, confident and to the point. There was no waiting around or haggling. Even the paperwork was done so efficiently. I defininately left knowing I got an amazing price, service and a great car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and request the help of Matt and Danny. I can guarantee I will be back again!

I had a bad experience when I came to the dealership originally with a sales associate that no longer works there. Danny and Matt went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right car and to prove that they truly have an awesome dealership. Came in to get a new Acura and very happy that I did, as it was a painless process. Happy with the experience and happy with the car I chose. Excellent dealership and sales consultant. I decided to change the color car I wanted at the last minute and Matt was able to make it happy extremely fast and efficiently, which is how the entire process was. Highly recommended this dealership goes above and beyond to assist with purchasing a car.

Danny and Kelly were very professional and helpful. They were able to get me a great deal on a new 2013 MDX lease. I was happy with keeping the payments low and this is my third car from Acura of Westchester with Danny's help. I could have gone to a closer Acura dealership, but do not mind the extra commute for the detail to service and professionalism offered at this dealership. I consider Danny a friend, and now I made another friend with Kelly. She went out of her way to make sure the transition was as smooth as possible. She took her time with me during my test drives to make sure I made the right decision in choosing my next vehicle. Danny and Kelly made the vehicle purchase process stress free, which is key when making such a big purchase.

I came to Acura of Westchester after some research online. It didn't hurt that I saw their name on every other Acura license plate frame. They seemed to have excelled in customer service.

I walked in blindly though and was paired up with John Castiello. John did a first rate job. We asked me what I was looking for, he listened and we went from there. He, as well as his collaegue Dan Giannotti, worked to move me from my 2010 Accord to 2013 TL.

We took our time, I enjoyed some well made coffee and we came to a fair agreement on price. In addition, they were able to take my Honda off my hands in a very hassle free way.

All in all, it was a great first step in a relationship. John and his associates understand how to work with people.

I came to Acura of Westchester after doing a lot of research on a pre-owned certified MDX.

Brianna is a very nice and very professional sales young lady.

She worked with me to ensure I could get all the bells and whistles I wanted (Roof Rails, Hitch Hook, Remote Start, etc.) at a very reasonable price, and even great financing!

I dealt with Brianna in Sales and Tom Maxfield in Service, and the whole team (including Danny and Chris) were all always very attentive to details, never dropped the ball with my requests.

I requested an alignment and balancing, and an upgrade on my remote start. I got a loaner car for a few days and everything went smoothly.

This is “white glove” treatment, they make me feel like a real VIP customer.
