Danny Gonzalez at Russell & Smith Honda

Everything & especially Danny Gonzalez was great except for the length of time it took. I think only one finance person was available on that Saturday which is probably why it took so long.

Danny was a great salesman to work with. He let us take our time and come to our own decisions. We never felt rushed or "up sold," and when the time came to make a purchase he gave us a great price on our car and our trade in. Working with Danny was pretty much the antithesis of the "car salesman experience" that we all dread. I look forward to purchasing my next car from him as well.

Danny was helpful throughout the entire process. He communicated promptly and gave a very fair price on both the trade-in and the new purchase. He had an excellent low-pressure style as a salesman. We were able to make an informed choice because of the knowledge he brought to the experience. When the dealership did not have the exact make/model of the car we wanted, he was able to work with another dealership to get the car within a week's time. We plan to buy another Honda soon and will definitely be asking for Danny.

I could not have asked for a greater experience in buying a new car! While doing my research on various models I found Alfredo to be outstanding in answering questions, showing the cars and really highlighting the Honda experience. He was a very educated gentleman and not a pushy salesman. It was really easy to see that Russell and Smith Honda was more like a family than a business with sincere and genuine warmth and friendliness.
When the day came to buy the car Alfredo's friend and tag-team partner Danny Gonzales was there and what a gift he was! Danny was very down-to-earth, succint and quick! He completely tailored and streamlined the process to meet my needs. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Not to mention the car was available to drive out almost immediately! I have never had a dealership give me the car within three hours of buying it before!

I could not be happier! There is nothing they could have done to help more. I was treated like royalty! I was given a great deal and I was there for an immediate purchase seeing as how my previous car had died the night before!

I was looking for my first auto purchase after my old car's transmission had died out. I went with one car I had seen on the website in mind, but came out with a totally different car. The salesperson and finance person were very friendly and not pushy in trying to get me to agree with something that I didn't want. There was no haggling and I felt confident with what was going on. The whole transaction went smoothly, which took away a lot of the anxiety I had about making such a big purchase. If I ever need to buy another car after this one runs it time, I will definitely keep Russell and Smith Honda in mind. My mom bought a car from Russell and Smith Ford, and overall, I think the franchise just makes the car buying process a little easier.

I will be referring everyone I know looking for a new car to Russell & Smith. Danny treated me like family. He was very helpful with everything. He was always available for questions and answered them promptly. Janet was awesome! She worked her magic and got me into my beautiful Honda Accord Sport that I am absolutely in love with. Ami helped me out with all my paper work and was very friendly. You guys are the BEST! I will never go to another dealer again. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars.

Danny Gonzalez is very personable and a pleasant person, who treated me with respect and friendliness.

I enjoyed dealing with Danny during my two visits to this dealership.

Danny took his time to explain all details regarding the car, and was very helpful while I was negotiating the price for the Honda CR-V SUV I selected.

Danny made sure that the car was properly prepared for me, inspected it, reviewed with me all the controls and functions, and even offered to do the same with my wife if she so chose.

Santo Lazo handled the financial side of my vehicle purchase transaction, including the loan I obtained from AHFC through the dealership with his help. Santo is friendly, very efficient, and completed the transaction in very little time. He too was friendly and personable, and with a good sense of humor as well.

Dino Varcados is the sales manager who introduced himself to me during my first exploratory visit and assured me that he will do all he can to satisfy my needs. After I signed the purchase agreement he came to shake my hand and personally thanked me for my purchase. As with Danny and Santo, Dino also displayed friendliness and courtesy.

I have purchased many cars over the past 43 years, and I must say that this was my most pleasant car purchase experience to date.

Kudos to Danny, Santo, and the RUssell & Smith Honda dealership.

Danny hooked me up with a great deal on an Accord v6 coupe and honored a lower price for window tint even though he had misquoted the price. I noticed document fees here seemed a bit lower than average as well. They did a great job detailing the car, gassed it up and I was out! Roberto in F&I was very quick. He didn't waste my time.

Criticism: Keep the regular coffee (non-decaf) stocked up guys!
