I was pre-approved with a very good rate through my credit union, after asking my permission to try, they were able to secure a 1% better interest rate through another lender. The trade in process was painless, I got my personal items out of the car and handed them the keys, when I didn't have the title, they told me to just mail it. The entire transaction was the most comfortable and fair that I have ever experienced. I will be a repeat customer. More

Chris, the Acquisition Manager, was very helpful in getting me information on my trade. He then referred me to Danny Quintana, Salesman, to help me find the right car. Danny was so easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable, honest and gave us zero pressure to buy. Danny is the top salesman at CBB for a reason. In the end I was able to find the right car at a great price. Thanks to his help.
