I am impressed with Daphne's knowledge of GM vehicles and with her interest in really getting to know the person with whom she's working and then using that knowledge to "fine tune" the process to be sure the vehicle is exactly what her client is looking for. She has a thorough knowledge of inventory and actively looks for the right vehicle for her client. To me, Daphne is an advisor, not just a sales person. In fact, every Taylor's employee I encountered made me feel welcome and at ease. I find it difficult to find a reason to look elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle. More
