Darci Clark at Rodland Toyota

My wife contacted Rick Jones or JIm O'Neal over the phone and told Jim what we want which is 2013 Toyota SE V6 fully loaded and the price we going to pay. Rich said he had to check with his manager (Jim O'Neal (I think)) and call us back. In about 10 mins later we got a called back with just a few words back and forth about the price and we quickly came to an agreement. When we arrived at the dealership, we worked with Rick Jones. He was very polite, considerate and patient. He gave thorough instructions about the characteristics of the car and an enlightening test drive. After answering all of our questions about the car, he told us about their service department and what to expect from them in the future. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. We left with a new Toyota and the feeling that we had been treated very well. Le/Yen.

Doug was the most pleasant salesman I have worked with in any car buying experience. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family that would be looking for a new Toyota.

Darci, additionally, provided a pleasant and informative service. She did a great job putting the final touches on the transaction.

This was the fourth car purchased from Mike Hilderbrand and Rodland Toyota. All of the vehicle service is done at Rodland too.

Thank you Rodland Toyota. Having Mike Massey work with me on my quest to buy a car was wonderful. He was beyond fantastic in helping me go step by step with choices, decisions, and the joy of actually driving my new car out the door. He explained the steps, the workings of my new car, answered all of my questions and kept going until he was satisfied that I understood. I know if (and when) I have more questions that I can call or stop by and Mike will be there for me and help me with all the workings of my car. I am very impressed with Rodland and will be sure to let everyone know yours is the car place to go and buy their next one.

This was the 2nd Tundra leased from Rodland. Also the 2nd time dealing with Jason Lyon. Overall experience was great and happy that i can bring my truck in for service at a location so close to where i live.

I came into the dealership looking for a Toyota Yaris and Mike was very helpful in showing me the car. He pointed out the features that the car offers and let me have a test drive. He worked with me to get the price right and to be sure I was able to drive the car home that afternoon. I found the people working at Rodland to be very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership.

Rod walked me through the two cars I was comparing and made the car buying process painless. Darci was very easy to work with on the financing and paper work. I would buy from Rodland Toyota, Rod and Darci again!

I have already used the Service Department. Everyone I have worked with at Rodland Toyota has been all about customer service - such a nice change!!!

My visit to Rodland Toyota was unexpected (I live two hours away) but via the internet I found the exact vehicle that I was looking for, so made the drive up there----and I was not disappointed. Everyone that I met was friendly, professional, and very considerate of my needs in regard to the distance that I drove to get there. In fact, this was the most pleasant car-buying experience that I have ever had! I have already referred my daughter, who will be looking to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle soon herself, to Rodland Toyota, and specifically to Rob Olsen.

If you are looking to purchase a new car, Rodland is the place to go. Every single person is very friendly. The best part about this dealership is that they are all very honest, and really are there to help their customers out in every way possible. Jeff and Doug were absolutely amazing at helping answer any questions I had and showing me all my options. When going through the financials Darci was great to work with. I felt like I could really trust her, and she was really just looking out for my best interests. Overall, the experience was great, and I highly recommend going to this dealership if you want the best possible buying experience.
