From the minute we met our salesman Michael Dicorcia we knew this dealership was the one for us!
My husband and I were amazed at how this dealership was unlike any other we had ever been to. From finding our car to the financing with Ryan Del Veccio was so wonderful!
However after driving our new vehicle we were unhappy.. Not with the vehicles condition. It was the fact that we were unable to get used to a smaller one after driving big SUVs ...
So after 2 weeks we called Lester Glenn...... we were told this... " We can't have you paying for a car you don't like" bring it back.
We brought it back and once again had the pleasure of working with Michael Dicorcia ,he was outstanding in finding us the perfect vehicle and he did! Our finance this time was with Darren Applegate another great experience.
I would and have already recommended Lester Glenn to anyone looking to purchase a car!!

From start to finish, had a wonderful experience. Walked right in, was greeted immediately. Within five minutes I was talking to a representative, had explained what I was looking for, and was going over available options. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, nor did I lack confidence in Joe's commitment to getting me what I wanted. All representatives were polite and attentive, met and talked to Billy for a short time while paperwork was being printed/faxed. Darren explained my finance options and explained questions I had about insurance and making payments. The price was well within my range and I had no reason to haggle or crunch numbers over it. Overall a great experience, within a couple visits to the dealership I had all paperwork done and was able to take the car with me.

I bought a 2008 Tiburon GT, it's my first new(er) car and I really love it. I could have got the car from anywhere else, but the staff at the Lester Glenn Chrysler/Jeep dealership made my car buying experience painless, stress free, and they got me exactly what I was looking for.

I have been buying cars for over 60 years and never had a better experience buying my new car from Lester Glenn.

I am a Costco Member and through their Auto Program applied for buying a 2013 Chrysler. Costco directed me to Lester Glenn Chrysler as their participating Dealer. Within a few minutes I received a call From Stacy Myers (Internet Sales Representative). She introduced herself and explained Costco buying procedure. She was my first great impression working with the Lester Glenn Automotive Group. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I searched the new inventory on the Lester Glenn Chrysler web site and selected the car I wanted. I called Stacy and asked her for the price of the vehicle. After researching the internet, I was satisfied with the price. I then called Stacy and made an appointment to visit their store in Toms River.

After a 1 hour drive, I arrived and was pleasantly greeted by Dave Rapisardi (Sales Manager). What a delight walking in a showroom and not being bombarded by anxious salesman. Dave was extremely accommodating and introduced us to Kyle Sheppard (our Sales Representative). I told Kyle which car we chose. Kyle picked up the car from their lot and enabled us to take a test drive. I was very pleased with the car in every aspect. What an experience talking to a young energetic honest salesperson. During our conversation, Dave made sure we were comfortable and helped us to negotiate the purchase price. I bought the car and was introduced to Darren Applegate (Finance Manager). Darren helped us with the paperwork and the purchase. He understood and thoroughly explained the financial aspects of buying the car and the registration process. Darren took good care of us and was quite impressive.

I cannot say enough about the Lester Glenn employees (Stacy, Dave, Kyle, and Darren) and their commitment to making their dealership the best car buying experience ever. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them a 15.

After the long process of waiting to be reimbursed after Super Storm Sandy, I went back to Lester Glenn and they could not have been more quick and easy. I would recommend anyone seeking a new or used car to visit Lester Glenn. They have multiple dealerships that feature different car makers, so they would have most anything one would be looking for. Could not be happier with my experience.

Great experience. Greeted upon arrival. Felt no pressure from my sales rep. He was friendly and took his time with me. Once a deal was reached, the process was very quick. I was very pleased.

We went to Lester Glenn looking for a Town and Country van to lease. Our experience couldnt have been better! We were treated with respect and immediately put at ease. Anthony worked with us to find just the right vehicle for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Billy made the process of negotiations virtually pain free...no haggling! We were very happy with the final price. Darren was also very helpful and friendly. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. We were able to walk out of the dealership feeling completely satisfied with the purchase of our new van. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else for a new vehicle.

After some terrible experiences at other dealerships, a family member recommended we try Lester Glenn Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We spoke with Sales Manager Dave Rapisardi who promised we would have a great experience if we gave them a try. Dave called back within 15 minutes of our call to let us know what inventory was available that matched our request. Dave and Salesman Tom Killian gave us an OUTSTANDING experience at the dealership. We changed color preference at the last minute and Tom found what we were looking for. Darren and Ryan made financing a snap. Delivery was also great. Tom patently showed my son how to work the controls of his first car and its awesome 8.4” touch screen interface. This dealership is one of the best dealerships we have ever walked into. It was a pleasurable experience. Tom Killian went above and beyond our expectations of any car salesman. He made us feel comfortable and was not pressuring at all. Needless to say, we got exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. Plain and simple, I am usually a difficult customer to please. Out of all my previous experiences with buying a vehicle at various dealerships, I honestly can't stress enough how refreshing my experience at this dealer was. Brian Reeves had all of the knowledge and answers for my questions as though he had previously owned the certified used vehicle that I was interested in- and I made sure to ask every scrutinous question about the vehicle that I could possibly think of. That, in itself, was impressive. I had brought along with me a family member whom works as a master technician in a non-related/same-manufacturer dealership elsewhere, and he was equally impressed. Brian easily proved to us that he is the type of salesman that anyone would hope for when they're in the market for buying a vehicle. He is the type of employee that other salesmen should strive to become.

On the financial standpoint- Darren Applegate was generous and delivered the numbers I was seeking to make the deal work in my favor. He made the purchasing aspect a breeze. It wasn't clouds and mirrors with confusion as is the case with most other dealers- it was black and white, and straight to the point. He made certain that I knew exactly what I was buying, and pointed out where every dollar was coming from and going to.

In a time where word-of-mouth is worth more than money, this dealership earned my trust and loyalty. I will definitely refer them to family and friends. I would shop here again, as I will be returning again soon to purchase another vehicle for a family member.
