Darren Wong at Quirk Ford

I was searching for the best deal on a work van. I dealt with numerous sales people from dealership to dealership. No one had what I wanted. I searched quirk ford they had what I wanted on the lot. We negotiated a good good deal and I came in before work did all the paper work. I then came in after work and picked up my new van with new place with full tank of gas. I bought at another dealer close by before and they told me because of the deal I got they couldn't fill tank. So when I got in I was glad to see. Thank you to my guys I work with.

I went to Quirk knowing exactly what I wanted, and Robert Keith helped me find the right car to match my needs. Throughout the process, he was only helpful, never pushy. I had a unique situation with my credit score, and Darren Wong did everything in his power to help me get an even better rate than I was expecting. I would absolutely go back to Quirk Ford for my next car.

I went in just to look at cars & ended up buying a Ford Focus that day because of Robert Keith. Everyone there who I dealt with was a pleasure to work with but I feel that Robert went above & beyond. He took the time to listen & got me into the perfect car for my husband & me.

Went into the dealership nit really knowing what I wanted or what I could get financing for w/ my credit. I have to say this was BEST experience ive ever had at a dealership. Jeff explained everything very well & found the best option for me. As for Darren, he worked his magic got me a ridiculous rate & the payments & terms I wanted! Overall an awesome experience! at no time did I feel pressured .... I honestly can say they both worked in my best interest & got me an amazing deal. I am definitely going to be back here in the future... Extremely happy with everything!!

I bought a car 2 weeks ago at quirk Mazda and was completely impressed, my husband was in the market for a new ford and we decided to go with quirk again. They went above and beyond! The salesman (chris) was great we drove 3 different cars and he let us take our time to make a decision. When it came time to do paperwork we dealt with daron and he explained everything completely. They also gave us 2500 more for our trade in then the other dealer he had already visited. From now on Quirk is the only dealership that will be getting our business!

I was in car accident back in January during one of the snow storms. I was hit by another driver and they ended up totaling my car. So I got stuck with no car and a car loan I still owed money to. I went to Quirk Ford to find a car. During the process I found out my credit wasnt great and because I still had a loan out it was going to be very difficult toget approved for a car. But with the hard work with the Employess at the Quirk Ford they were able to help my family in getting approved and a reliable car.

my wife had totaled her car in a bad snow storm. we had no gap insurence and were stuck with the initial car loan. With the shear professialism, determination, and ethical behavior of Will Smith and Darren(i think thats his name) they found out what they need to get a car given my wife's deadline. Personally i was surprised they even put forth the effert they did given we both have bad credit. Most dealers i know wouldn't have even called us back. So, yea, they deserve all 5 stars.

I have been looking for A CAR FOR SOME TIME NOW... After visiting a few places, my car search brought me to Quirk Ford. I was greeted by a very nice young man named Gregory Davis who was patient and polite with me, something i failed to find at any other dealership. Gregory walked me through maodels, options, colors... everything.. he worked with me to find the car i wanted... not the car they wanted to sell me.

Greg recruited the help of his finance team, specifically a guy named darren wong...darren was alo polite, and patient with me.. he want above and beyond to find me the best price and lowest interest rate out there... somthing i know must have been frustrated him considering my credit, but darren kept a great attitude and impecible customer service skills throughout the entire process, just like Gregory. the whole thing was overseen by one of the managers over there les goosen. this man was nice, polite and just a sincere buisness man.

The thing i liked most, was that all three of these guys seemed to only be conserned with me and what i wanted,something you dont see everywhere. Normally i wouldnt take the time to post reviews about anything, but these guys at Quirk Ford were so good i felt it necessary to go online and give them the complements they deserve

I had been shopping for a new SUV for about two weeks non stop. I had called and talked to many different people all of whom were of no help and lacked in personality. When I got in touch with Les the sales manager at Quirk it was entirely different. He knew the inventory and was pleasant to deal with. After getting blown off by all the other dealerships with no response to my inquiries and calls, I blew off my scheduled appointment with Les. To my surprise, he called making sure we were ok and to see if we still wanted to come in. At that point he mentioned a vehicle that he thought my wife would like to see. We headed to Quirk to check out the demo Explorer that the GM was driving and I was thinking to myself I hope it is nice and clean so my wife isn't disappointed. When we got there a salesman named Antoine came right over to us with a huge smile and introduced us to Les. Antoine then did a great job showing us the Explorer which Les had waiting for us inside all detailed and waxed. We were basically sold as soon as meeting the two of them and seeing that they went through that work to make our ride up from Rhode Island worth while. We got a really fair value for our trade, a great deal on the new car, and a straight forward no nonsense approach from Darren the Finance guy. All in all, we were very satisfied with everybody at the dealership and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I had just spent two weeks trying to get financing for a new car (not a Ford) and was unable to do so because I am an independent contractor and get paid by 1099s. Also, I'm trying to do a home loan modification, so I've been advised to not pay my mortgage for a couple of months. My credit was okay but not great and with these issues, I couldn't get financing.

Darren Wong was fantastic. He was friendly and efficient and after reviewing my application said he would contact Ford Credit Co. and see if he could get me financed. He said it looked good, but I didn't honestly believe him. I was too depressed.

However, Lou took me on a nice test drive in a new Ford Focus, and I really liked the car. We came back and waited and when I saw Darren heading towards us, I said, This is where you tell me you struck out, right? He replied, Do you believe in Christmas miracles? I said yes, I do, actually. He showed me a written approval from Ford Credit with a 6.9% interest rate for the Focus I'd just driven. I was stunned. He told me I could be happy and smile now.

I have a beautiful electric blue Focus now. Everyone I've shown it to has had to test drive it under one pretense or another. It's a great little car with wonderful gas mileage. There's a lot more room inside than it seems from the outside.

I'm very happy with the car and the dealership. I went back after the Christmas holiday for my registration and inspection sticker and got happy hugs from the finance guys. It didn't take more than a half hour for service to do their thing, and the young man from service also helped me put on the new seat covers I'd just bought to protect the car from my black lab.

I would recommend the dealership and the folks I dealt with to anyone and everyone.
