Dave Baldwin at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group

Dave was our sales person for our previous car, in February, and served us again, for a used car purchase, this week.
His service style is outstanding....not too pushy, but very informative and easy to work with. Although I usually feel that buying a car is like spending a day at the dentist, Dave has a way of making it as pain free as possible!
We'd recommend Dave and D'Ambrosio to our friends and family.

Dave Baldwin came recommended by a friend of mine. He made my car buying experience a very easy one...I never thought I would be able to go into a car dealership by myself and get a good deal on my own...Dave made the process as smooth as possible and I left with the car I was looking at the same day...He took care of all the little issues that came with buying a used car, and was very helpful with answering any questions I had... Dave Baldwin was recommended to me by my cousin who purchased 2 trucks and a Durango from Dave this year. Aces all the way! Dave was so very helpful, patient, and considerate through the entire process. He worked very hard through the financing process and was amazing. My financing was not the easiest to get, but Dave hammered away at it as he also multitasked for other customers. The man is truly a master juggler without compromising customer service. Personable and professional to the highest degree. I will recommend him to all of my friends.

Great experience, Dave was very knowledgeable of the car's features and operation of them. Accomplished the pricing and payment that made it possible for us to purchase our third jeep. It was fun doing business with Dave and everyone we came in contact with at the dealership.

These guys made my buying my NEW car very easy and gave me a lot of piece of mind throughout everything. Shout out to Dave who, knowing it was my first time buying a car, showed me around the dealership so that I would know where to go when it came time to get my oil changed. I would never have known where to go, and he made it a point to take me to the garage area where my car would be left in the hands of such a nice group of guys.
Thank you to Paul Fiedler who kept in touch with me through email when I had questions and for giving me Dave. These guys really made buying a car SO simple and they took such good care of me.
I keep recommending them to anyone I hear who wants a car, new or used, because this duo hooked me up. I would love to add them to my Christmas card list!

From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors, Dave Baldwin greeted us right away and showed us many different cars that we were interested in. He has such a fun personality! Sales representative, Dave Baldwin was a pleasure to work with! He frist worked on getting a loan approved, then showed us what we could afford. To our surprise, a brand new Dodge Journey! Dave did an excellent job, explained all paper work in detail, had the new Dodge added to our insurance, and were leaving the lot with a brand new car in just a few hours! My family and I have bought who knows how many cars from Jeff. Anytime we think about a new or used car they are the first place we think about. Never a doubt that we will have an enjoyable experience and the best people to deal with. I don't think i would ever buy a car from anyone else.
