After having a very bad experience at Salem Honda, after 3 check engine lights, and still not repaired after being charged a lot of money, plus being treated poorly at Salem Honda,I drove from Salem to Wilsonville Honda. They were fabulous! I was treated like I mattered and they cared and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Wilsonville Honda rocks! I will come here for all of my car needs from now on! Plus, when I'm ready to buy another Honda, as Honda's are great, I will buy from Wilsonville Honda! They were so friendly and nice, wonderful experience! Thank you Wilsonville Honda! I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER. LONG STORY SHORT... MY TRANSMISSION TOOK A CRAP! I ASKED THEM TO PARK THE CAR ON THEIR LOT!! I ASKED TO GET THE NEW CAR LOAN IN PROCESS. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE THE LOT WITH. I GOT MY HONDA ACCORD 2012 AND BLACK!! I LOVE THE CAR:) I HAD A FEW HICK-UPS WITH THE NAVIGATION BEING INSTALLED. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful & assisted in setting up an appointment with Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda. Nic diagnosed and correctly repaired a recalled brake master cylinder that had been done incorrectly at the other dealership. Nic also efficiently completed a power steering pump replacement that was on a recall notice. We are relieved that we now have brakes that are reliable and power steering that performs correctly. We are so pleased with the efficient and timely manner in which the repairs were diagnosed and repaired. Dave Berry, the service manager, was very willing to work with us and put our worries to rest. We were considering replacing our Honda Odyssey due to all of the problems we experienced with our local dealership, but Dave's reassurance that this vehicle issue could be resolved gave us hope that we weren't faced with shopping for a new vehicle. Kristina Banglo; a service adviser, was cheerful and friendly and was empathetic to our plight. She was thoughtful and promptly assisted with the repair process. Parker Johnstone’s Wilsonville Honda has earned our respect and our business. We will gladly drive 45 minutes, one way to receive this level of care in the future.
