My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I wanted a specific color combination that was not readily available and Dave was able to source the the vehicle from out of state. The deal was done in less than 20 minutes and I was given a very fair price. Great experience, no headaches, I would do business with this dealership again. I have worked for a dealer before so I am aware of the typical climate. This is a great dealership and I would not hesitate to send a friend/family member there.

Dave was fiendly but to the point. He new all the features of the Jeep on the trial drive. There was a no nonsense approach to the sale. It took no more than 20 minutes to come to terms on a price, including my trade in vehicle. Overall, it was a great experieince.

Awesome Dealership!!
As always I received Great Cusomer Service and the price I was given for my new 2012 Chrysler 300 AWD could not be beat by any other dealer in the area.
I was treated very professionally and I know when I go to Bald Hill Chrysler, I am not going to play the numbers game as I have at other "Dealers".
Steven Crosby was excellent!! and Dave Connetti was also.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be given a real price and would like to be treated like a customer should be treated....Awesome!!

Dave was a perfect salesman for us. He let us test drive the vehicles, then while we were getting the finances, he didn't hound us or call, but patiently waited for us to be ready. There was absolutely no pressure, and that is the last thing we need today. It is hard enough to buy a new vehicle but extra contact isn't always the best way to go. Dave was very knowledgeable and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. Thanks Dave for the help! You were great!

Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep is a great place to buy a car. They are always working to move vehicles fairly and at the most competitive prices you could possibly find. I had to go out of state to find them, and it was well worth the effort.
Dave Connetti is a perfect example of what a sales person should be like. He was extremely knowledgable about his products and very helpful without being a pest. He made us a very good offer on our trade in, and never even remotely tried to pressure us in any way.The rest of the car selling world would do well to have him train their employees. My wife and I are very lucky to have found a car salesperson that was as honest as him. If he's still there when we are due for another vehicle, he will be our guy.
Steve Rodrigues in the finance department shocked my wife and I by finding and finalizing an interest rate that was lower than our own bank would get us and went after it on our behalf, even after we had agreed on a slightly higher one. Name one other place that could have or would have done that. They go above and beyond for their customers.

THIS HAD TO HAVE BEEN THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP!! DAVE CONNETTI TOOK THE TIME WITH US TO MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN WITHIN OUR BUDGET. HE MADE ALL THE LITTLE EXTRAS HAPPEN AND HE EVEN CALLED ME ABOUT THEM. I DIDN'T HAVE TO KEEP CALLING HIM. WITH DAVE CONNETTI, A PROMISE IS A PROMISE. BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD WITH HIM AND BALD HILL DODGE, I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE PURCHASES IN THE FUTURE. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE I GOT TAKEN!! IF ANYTHING, I FELT LIKE I GOT A GREAT AUTOMOBILE AT AN EVEN GREATER PRICE!
