Dave Coogan at Kelly Infiniti

The best experience I have ever had at any car dealer! Leagues above any other Infiniti dealer in the Boston area! I was able to purchase my car with little effort, waiting and everyone from Cong (our sales rep) to Dave (Sales manager) were great to work with! I plan on bringing my new G to get serviced as well as my wifes JX. I will be a life long customer of Kelly Infiniti! Thanks!

I found my experience at Kelly infinti to be very smooth. I was able to define the parameters of what I wanted in a vehicle and the monthly lease payment. Sitting down with Dave Coogan and having him try to match my parameters was a can do experience. Dave quickly put it all together and we agreed to the deal we both were looking for. Victor Loperfido as always was a pleasure to work with in delivering the vehicle and pointing out the newer technology. I was very happy when I received the letter to be able to get out of my lease and get into an SUV. The first person who made contact was Daniela. She was polite and return info in a very timely manner. Next we met with Cong who we had met in the winter. He is very nice, business like and knowledgable too. Again things moved along very well. I also met with Dave and agian very professional. Lisa also was very pleasant too. All and all a very good experience at Kelly ! I am very happy to have such a nice car to drive my grandsons in !

Although I have been an Infiniti owner for many years, this was my first time at Kelly Infiniti. I couldn't be more happier with my visit. I was blown away by the level of friendliness and courtesy that was given to me. Every employee from when I walked into the door till I drove my new car away showed the utmost care in me having the best experience I can. On top of this I found my Sales Consultant extremely knowledgeable not only with the Car I was looking at, but also the past/present/future of Infiniti. Being a car enthusiast I found this to be key in forming a relationship with Kelly Infiniti.

My 2nd car from them and I'd go there first for my 3rd. Terrific people and great to work with, car was delievred quickly and simply. Great explanation of all the features too.
