The whole staff was fantastic and gave me perfect customer service. They work together to assist the customer unlike most dealerships. I received an amazing deal on a 2012 Chevy Cruze and couldn't be happier.

Best experience my wife and I have ever had at a dealership. It was a no pressure and no-hassle experience. David Grinstead was a great salesman and provided a tour of the dealership to include the service section and car wash area. I would definitely use this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

Everyone was very helpful in helping me select the vehicle that best fit my needs. David and John throughly explained the vehicle pricing, tradein valuation and the leasing agreement. I visited Maxton Chevrolet back in April interested in purchasing a Volt in the summertime. I met David Grinstead and he was very informative, and allowed me to test-drive a volt that was on the lot without the normal pressure from a salesperson. He was very accommodating and respectful of the purchase time. I left and got a courtesy email thanking me for coming in. I then received a follow-up email later in the month of May (knowing that summer was approaching) and asking if there was anything he could do or find for me. I called and asked about one that was on the lot and he started the paperwork for me and had everything ready for me when I arrived. The entire purchase took around an hour (quickest in-and-out I have experienced buying a car, and this was my 6th new car purchase). Once that was complete, Dave sat in the car with me and explained all the controls and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase before leaving the lot.

I would definitely recommend Maxton and Dave Grinstead for friends or family interested in purchasing a Chevrolet in Columbus area.
