Dave Hamel at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

This was my first encounter with Dick Scott, I found the staff to be friendly and eager to help me get into the car I wanted.
My salesman, Jim Scales, was most helpful in making the deal work for me. I had a trade-in that had a balance on it and he worked to get the
most value out of it. The deal was to trade-in my old car and lease a new one using all of the equity as a down payment. He worked hard
to get the most equity, which I think is great considering that my researched trade-in value was greater than the first offer, I expressed my
concerns and he went back and got a value closer to my expectations. I have been around long enough to know that this is a process that
is done all the time but some salesmen don't work too hard to get the deal done to the customer's satisfaction. Jim did.
He also worked to get me the most rebate available on my new car. All said and done, the lease payment and length were better than I
expected.
I have another car coming off lease in August so I will be back to see Jim at that time.

I have never had an experience like the awesome experience I had doing business with the employees at Dick Scott. They went through every bit of information and pulled every string to make sure I got my vehicle. I was treated like a celebrity, and no quetion went unanswered. I have always felt that buying a car was such a big hassle - nothing could be further from the truth when it comes to the Dick Scott dealership. I will never go anywhere else, and will refer every person I know to any employee there, beccause this is the cream of the crop dealership. They renewed my faith in sales and if I didn't already have a job, I'd be trying my best to work there! Dave Hamel is such a genuine and awesome person. Dick Scott is full of star performers!

Dave Hamel was great on a raining and cold night. he was very helpful in all questions and the pickup of new car. Every one was very helpful at the Dealer.

I went here as a "check" against the Dealer near my house that I first approached. Dick Scott was able to offer more. The service was top notch, there were no suprises. Dave Hamel went out of his way to do everything he could to make sure we got what we wanted and it was done in a timely fashion. Having spent the last 20 years in the customer service area it is my opinion that everyone I worked with truly understood the term. An extremely pleasant experience.

We were at another Dodge/Jeep dealership in the area looking at a new car and left that dealership extremely put off by the games they were playing with us. They clearly knew how much they wanted to give us for our trade in before ever having looked at it. They were also playing a lot of games with pricing. We couldn't take it so we left and went out for dinner. On our way home, we passed by Dick Scott Dodge because we were curious what price they were selling similar cars to our trade in. We then walked around their new car section. We had shown up after their listed closing time but a couple of folks were still there. David Hamel came out to greet us and we explained our earlier experience that evening. He took us into the office and assured us that if we wanted to purchase a new car, he would do everything he could to make it happen. He had our car appraised and they offered us $1,500 more than the other dealership. They also were able to put us in a vehicle one trim level above what the other dealership was proposing, and they did so at less cost.

Dave and Dick Scott Dodge went above and beyond, staying after their closing time and taking all the time necessary to work everything out for us. These folks are first class, and we won't forget that in the future.

I just purchase a new Dodge Durango Citadel, it was a great experience dealing with Dick Scott Dealership everyone were very friendly and helpful.
Dave Hamel is the best sale person that I have purchase a car from, he was friendly, cheerful, patient. I will be very glad to recommend other to purchase from Dave Hamel at Dick Scott Dealership.

The dealership and sales staff are professional and intelligent. The dealership itself is clean and has numerous different vehicles to choose from. I couldnt think of a negative thing to say. I would advise anyone and everyone looking for a new or used car to check out Dick Scott.

The buying experience was made easy by the dealership employees. Our salesman even pointed out a flaw in our vehicle. So, we weren't able to bring the vehicle home that day. However, they did deliver it to us the next day.
The reason I didn't give a great price rating is that we brought in a Sunday paper with a sale price. We were told that the incentive that brought that price to what it was had expired on Saturday. They did work with us, though, and eventually gave us the extra incentive that had expired.

Super great experience with this dealership !!!! Dave Hamel was a fantastic salesman.
I received excellent service from everyone I came in contact with during my lease trade-in/new purchase transaction. I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a new vehicle. I am willing to drive the 20+ miles to the dealer even for an oil change. Definitely speaks volumes :)
