What I liked the most was how friendly everyone was. It's a hometown dealership with people who care enough to give you thoughtful and honest service. I would most definitely go back to Brookside for another car if I needed to!

I have purchased two different cars through David and Brookside Motors.My neighbor recommended them to me. Being a widow, I appreciated the kind and professional attention I was given, before and after the sale. The additional warrantee that was made available to me gave me a great sense of security knowing if any thing went wrong I would be protected. David is a very thoughtful and accomodating person. Going the extra mile for his customers is the norm for him.He always takes the time to explain and answer all of my questions no matter how silly they may be. I have also used Brookside's Service Dept. Again, everyone I have dealt with has been exstreamly helpful and professional. I get all of my routine maintaince (oil changes, etc.) done there because I know it will be done correctly and in a timely manner.
I'm sure when it's time to get another car, I'll be going back to Brookside and David.

I have recently bought 2 cars from Brookside and after buying the first car I was a little less than satisfied. Not because of the car itself as it was in excellent condition, but the first car just didn't give me the feel that I wanted. Afterwards I went back in and asked if it was possible to trade back the car. (full well knowing the real answer) What I didn't expect was the fact that they did in fact bend over backwards to make me happy. They agreed to take the car back in trade with the fact known that I would take a loss on it however I had another old car back at the house that i took advantage of getting rid of and walked away with two cars at a very reasonable price. Long story short I walked away very happy. I would suggest this dealership to anyone.

I was lucky enough to speak with Dave when I came to brookside. He was very easy going and not pushy whatsoever. He looked at things from my point of view, not just trying to make a sale. He made me feel very comfortable. He worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Wes, who worked with the bank to get me approved, was also just as wonderful. He got me a wonderful rate and offered me an extended warranty at a great price. I had put a deposit down on the vehicle a couple days before and completely forgot about it; however, Dave had called me to remind me which I very much appreciated. I would HIGHLY reccommed this dealership to anyone & everyone. I would also steer them to Dave, even though I'm sure everyone there is just as wonderful as they were very welcoming and always offering drinks and conversation.I know this is where I will come when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle!

We just purchased our third vehicle from Brookside Motors. The friendliness of their sales staff along with the quality and pricing of their vehicles makes this the best used car lot in York County. The entire team took time to talk with my wife and I about the 2004 Chevy Tahoe we were considering. We have been very satisfied with our 1996 Tahoe and 1998 Grand Cherokee Limited and no doubt we will be just as satisfied with our latest selection. We will be back ....
