Dave McKinney at McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda

I called Daniel Black to tell him what I was looking for in a Jeep. I left Benson Jeep and came straight there. Daniel and Dave McKinney worked their best deal in 5 minutes. They gave me more for my trade in and had the car sitting and waiting for me. Mr McKinney was so very kind to me. They were as excited for me to get the car as I was, You could not ask for more personable or professional people to deal with anywhere. This is my 5th Jeep and my very best. Total satisfaction!

Dave McKinney walked me through buying my very first car. He explained everything from beginning to end, helped me chose an amazing brand new car that I could comfortably afford, and helped find me amazing financing at a awesome interest rate. At 19, I walked out with my first car under budget and it was an awesome experience. I will use McKinney Dodge for life!! Thank you so much, Mr. Dave!! I'm loving my Avenger!!

This was the 3rd vehical (one pre-owned wrangler, a new Pt Cruiser which we traded for a new Jeep Patriot) that we have purchased from McKinney Dodge. I was very impressed with Chandler Sharma, our salesman. He was very friendly, patient and knowlegable without being pushy when I visited the dealership after work one night. He showed me the new cars I had checked out on their internet site and helped me speak with the Internet sales directer,Chris Hawley to have a used car ready for me and my husband to see the next night. We came the next night at 6pm and most of their sales stayed well past closing time to assist us. Chandler was very helpful giving us the info we needed and didn't make us feel at all pressured or rushed to make an imformed decision.
Tip Lasseter was very helpful also early in the year showing us the Patriot and Liberty when our daughter was thinking of purchasing one and that keep me thinking about the Patriot or Compass secretly for myself for awhile now. :)
We have had only good dealing with Mckinney. Their service department also deserves recognition.
We were also very impressed that Dave Mckinney remember us from previous years and also stayed after hours to thank us and shake our hands. Very nice guys. Thank you for a great experience.

Paul Thomas was very helpful and provided a lot of information. It took us a while to make up our minds and he was very patient. He called occasionally to let us know he was still there to help but didn't pressure us or play any games. When we did decide he gave us a fair price up front for our trade-in and for the jeep we were buying. We didn't have to waste time while he went back and forth with his manager as we gradually worked a low ball offer for our trade-in up to one that was fair. We probably closed the deal in 10 minutes. That's the way I like to do business.

It's the first jeep we have owned and Paul spent a lot of time explaining all the features and equipment before we drove it off the lot. He stressed that he would still be available to help with any questions or problems we had after the sale. He even offered to personally help us switch the hard top with the soft top on our jeep.

Dave McKinney met us when we arrived at the dealership and gave us a warm welcome. He checked back several times while we were making up our minds to see if he could help. Daniel Black gave us a fair price for our trade-in. One time we stopped by when Paul wasn't there and Chandler Sharma helped us. Even though we told him up front that we were going to wait and buy a jeep from Paul, he still graciously took the time to answer all our questions.

We shopped a couple other dealers in the area before we bought our jeep and we wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone we knew to McKinney.

This was the 4th vehicle that our family has purchased at McKinney's. I use the word family because that is the feeling you get when you work with McKinney that you are part of the family. Ron Webb we have worked with on all 4 vehicles. He cares and knows his business. Dave McKinney brings home that family feeling, an individual that shows his concern and interest in you and makes you feel at home. Daniel Black is the business guy and he knows how to get things done quickly and efficiently for you. Paul Hostak is the focal point of the service department. He shows the concern when you have to bring your vehicle in for maintenance or service. Paul lets you know what is what and never leaves you in the dark.
Overall if your looking for a Pleasant Family like vehicle purchasing experience there is no other place to visit then Mckinney's.

We bought a new car yesterday and it was a great experience. Dave took his time with us and explained all the features of the two jeep models we were interested in. We also drove 3 types of Jeeps to give us a better feel about differences between models. Dave was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. The negotiation process was fine and straightforward.

My only issue was that that the new car we purchased did not have any gas in it and I needed to fill up as soon as I left. I assume this was simply an oversight because we were all rushing.

In spite of this issue, I rate this dealership and Dave very highly and would steer my friends there.

Gave me an awesome price. Worked to honor rebate not in system. Made sure my requests on new vehicle were met. Second vehicle I ordered from them and would definetly do it again. Called two days later to check on me. Too early to tell about service department, since vehicle is too new, but was impressed with service manager, pricing and support.

My family has bought a number of cars from the McKinney's over the years. They have always treated us like family. Great service, products, people. I used to hate buying cars before I met the McKinney's but now I would not consider going anywhere else
