DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! ! I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one ! I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one of the windows that broke. In September 2022 I took this vehicle to my regular mechanic to get inspected and it failed due to (2)HOLES in my Frame rail (I have pictures), as well as tires worn down to nothing and metal cords visible. Apple claims to have inspected my vehicle on three different occasions, twice prior to my purchase and AGAIN in May when they replaced my transmission. On all THREE inspections no mention was ever made of any rust or issues with my alignment or tires. Apple now claims that "due to the length of time that has passed" (I've only had this vehicle 10 months) and that they never notated any of these issues that they hold no responsibility for any of these issues and refuse to do anything about it. More

Do not go here .I took my Sentra in for a passenger airbag recall my dash was perfect . After replacing the airbag the airbag cover part of the dash is all loose .I called them they told me to bring it airbag recall my dash was perfect . I went to car and I could not believe it the dash was sticking up even further than before ,I wanted to flip out but decided just to go home .When I got home I checked it out and they used some junk that looked like you use on your house what a joke .I pulled up the loose cover and removed the junk glue that only would have hardened and lifted the cover even more .If someone gave me a brand new Nissan for free I would take it somewhere else to be repaired. I spent many hours looking for exactly what car I wanted on the internet. I came across the vehicle I was looking for at apple auto of Nissan. I called them on the phone and was assured by Breann that my imperfect credit was not an issue based on my income and my 1000 down. I explained that I would be driving more than an hour to bring my business to this dealership. Again I was promised to leave in this vehicle. Not only was this a lie when I arrived at apple auto the car I called about wasn't even at the store. Instead I was shown a Honda accord that was full of empty cigarette packs and trash. I was told I would need 1800 down for the car I came to look at that wasn't even available to test drive. Today I recieved an email from a sales manager asking why we couldn't "make a deal," ....really I am beyond words. I responded with the truth and why I was upset and was merely brushed off by the sakes manager at apple Nissan. I wonder what would happen if I brushed off a concern while working in critical care on my unit at Hopkins. Good thing I am a nurse and I follow a code of ethics that does not allow me to shrug off and disregard my patients concerns. Shame on you. Apple auto of Nissan. You did not owe me anything except honesty and transparency,clearly these are not important aspects of your business. More

Never again! Update Update to this review: I was recently contacted by Apple Nissan and asked to meet with a team of people to discuss this issue. The people that I have worked with previously are no longer employed at Apple. The new management was extremely helpful and they understood my concerns. They met with my husband and I two days in a row to work out an agreement that we were both comfortable with. I am very thankful for the determination of Brett, Jay, Ernest and especially Jonathan for helping to resolve an issue that was not theirs to begin with. These guys definitely took the time to understand why I felt unsafe in that vehicle and spent hours helping me to make a choice that would ensure my peace of mind. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with them and will be going back in the future to have my Altima serviced. Again, thank you guys for helping to resolve my concerns. Absolutely horrible experience! Purchased a used vehicle with a warranty. The night I left the dealership with it, numerous dash light codes came on. Called in since they were then closed and took it back in the morning. Since the codes were no longer on they told me to keep driving it until they came on and bring it back so that they could scan it. Every time I took it in I was told the lights needed to be solid, not blinking. In the first 6 months it needed to be towed 3 times! Each time it was there they made a few small repairs, which I helped to pay for but still couldn't figure out the problem. I told them about a document that I had which showed a factory recall replacement which mentioned at the bottom that the customer was complaining of multiple dash light codes ( one of my complaints as well) however, this document on their letterhead was dated over a week before I purchased the vehicle!!! After the warranty ran out, I was told that they were not going to help with the vehicle any longer because it was out of warranty. They said that it isn't the same issue even though it has continued to do the same thing as the first time. I contacted the Attorney Generals office who attempted to mediate. I told them that I did not want the vehicle and after a few more months, they offered to trade it in. I told them I needed something comparable, all wheel or 4 wheel drive with 7 passenger seating. However, due to all of the negative equity my payments for this piece of junk they sold, they said they could get me into a new Nissan Altima (completely blacked out - which I didn't need) but my payments would be over double what I was paying for my SUV! It didn't have either of the options I told them I needed. This has been such an awful experience and I would not recommend them to anyone! The way the GM treated me is ridiculous and the fact that they say I am responsible for the entire balance of the negative equity is unbelievable! They sold me this vehicle and they knew about the issues! I have numerous photos and videos of all of the lights, the grinding noise it makes, how it bucks and the smoke coming from under the hood. I zoomed in on the area that was glowing bright red. I put them on a USB and attached it to my spare key when I took it in. Still nothing..... I have had to pay for towing fees, rental cars for weeks on end while they kept the vehicle and still no answers!!! I have been stuck driving this piece of junk that I do not feel safe in because the trade in value is so much less than I owe due to the condition of the vehicle. I could take it and try to trade it in when it isn't acting up, in hopes that it won't do anything while they appraise it but then someone else would be stuck in my position down the road! This car should NEVER have been sold at what many people call a reputable dealership. Well, I can tell you that I have spoken not only with the GM at Nissan but I also spoke with the VP at Stewart Companies which owns Apple Automotive Group. Both who say they are going to help and yet, June will be 2 years that I have been stuck paying payments, repairing things that do not fix the issue and driving a vehicle that is probably going to blow up some day! More

The BEST experience I contacted apple nissan looking for a better vehicle then the one I was currently driving. I was contacted by Ernest Hughes. I explained to him what I was looking for and that my credit wasn’t the best. Well Ernest found me two Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately they were sold before I could come look at them. But Ernest did not give up. He stayed in contact with me and continued to look for a vehicle that would be perfect for me. I saw a Subaru Impreza on the website and told Ernest I was interested. He did everything he could along with the staff at apple nissan to get me into a vehicle. I’m now a proud own of a Subaru Impreza. I live 2 hours away but to me it was worth the drive. I would recommend if you need to purchase a new vehicle go to Apple Nissan More
