Dave Rapisardi at Lester Glenn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I have been buying cars for over 60 years and never had a better experience buying my new car from Lester Glenn.

I am a Costco Member and through their Auto Program applied for buying a 2013 Chrysler. Costco directed me to Lester Glenn Chrysler as their participating Dealer. Within a few minutes I received a call From Stacy Myers (Internet Sales Representative). She introduced herself and explained Costco buying procedure. She was my first great impression working with the Lester Glenn Automotive Group. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I searched the new inventory on the Lester Glenn Chrysler web site and selected the car I wanted. I called Stacy and asked her for the price of the vehicle. After researching the internet, I was satisfied with the price. I then called Stacy and made an appointment to visit their store in Toms River.

After a 1 hour drive, I arrived and was pleasantly greeted by Dave Rapisardi (Sales Manager). What a delight walking in a showroom and not being bombarded by anxious salesman. Dave was extremely accommodating and introduced us to Kyle Sheppard (our Sales Representative). I told Kyle which car we chose. Kyle picked up the car from their lot and enabled us to take a test drive. I was very pleased with the car in every aspect. What an experience talking to a young energetic honest salesperson. During our conversation, Dave made sure we were comfortable and helped us to negotiate the purchase price. I bought the car and was introduced to Darren Applegate (Finance Manager). Darren helped us with the paperwork and the purchase. He understood and thoroughly explained the financial aspects of buying the car and the registration process. Darren took good care of us and was quite impressive.

I cannot say enough about the Lester Glenn employees (Stacy, Dave, Kyle, and Darren) and their commitment to making their dealership the best car buying experience ever. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them a 15.

After some terrible experiences at other dealerships, a family member recommended we try Lester Glenn Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We spoke with Sales Manager Dave Rapisardi who promised we would have a great experience if we gave them a try. Dave called back within 15 minutes of our call to let us know what inventory was available that matched our request. Dave and Salesman Tom Killian gave us an OUTSTANDING experience at the dealership. We changed color preference at the last minute and Tom found what we were looking for. Darren and Ryan made financing a snap. Delivery was also great. Tom patently showed my son how to work the controls of his first car and its awesome 8.4” touch screen interface. We highly recommend Lester Glen Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Toms River, NJ to all of friends and family.

Michael, Dave, Robert and Darren were all so nice to me. I was upset about losing my car to Sandy and they were very understanding and helpful and made it alot easier for me I cant thank them enough. And also a special thanks to John Perillo.

I had a great experience at Lester Glenn. I was greeted by Bobby Sweeney in the parking lot while I was looking at the new Dodge Durango. He answered all of my questions and was not pushy like many other dealers. I test drove a 2012 Durango and it was a great ride. He spoke to his manager David Rasiardi and they gave me a good price on the 2012 SXT. Dave came out to greet me and said how sorry he was about me losing my van.
I lost my van driving to work during hurricane Sandy, so I needed a car. Bobby and Dave were great to deal with, they could have tried to take advantage of me because they knew I had no car, but they didn't. They said they would do everything they could to get me a car I could afford. I asked Bobby to get me a price on a 2013 Durango with a Hemi so I could get the idea out of my mind even though I knew I couldn't afford that one. The number came back high like I thought, but then Dave gave Bobby a great lease number for me, because after he checked I qaualified for a hurricane discount and if I could provide a letter from my insurance stating my van was totalled they could give me additional discounts.
I told Bobby I wanted to test drive the Chevy Traverse before I made a decision. He drove me to see the 2013 first and it was the perfect color blue. I sat inside and after hearing the Hemi and playing with all the modern technology and toys in it as Bobby was explaining them to me I fell in love. Thats when I realized that this was the best deal I could find because I absolutely could not afford the Durango Crew. I told Bobby I didn't want to see the Traverse anymore, I wanted this one. He seemed shocked because I was firm about test driving the Traverse. He called the dealership and said he needed keys to move the other cars in front of mine because it was in the middle of the storage lot. I drove the 2013 back to the dealership and a short time later I drove home with it a happy man!
I would recomend dealing with Bobby Sweeney if you go to Lester Glenn, he is one of the best I have ever dealt with.

We visited this dealer anticipating another headache of a car shopping experience, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted immediately and only had to reference the name of the person we had spoken to, and within two minutes they had pulled the used vehicle we were interested in around to the front for us to drive. No waiting while they tried to figure out what/where it was, find keys/plates, etc. We gave them our price, and even though it was far below what they were willing to consider, they kept working with us and wound up settling only $200 above our offer and over $1500 below theirs. Bobby is an excellent salesman. He is genuine (rare in this game), reasonable and very friendly. Our ONLY complaint, which was not his fault, was that the entire process took almost five hours. This appeared to be because several people were buying cars at the same time, and everyone in the place was happy. I don't think I have ever actually recommended a dealer before, but I would send anyone here and definitely tell them to ask for Bobby!

This was the most pleasant car buying/leasing experience we have ever had,(and we have had a lot). We went in to "look around" and there was absolutely no pressure to "buy now." Anthony was by far the nicest, most honest and helpful sales person we have ever encountered. Dave was upfront and honest about our options from the beginning. Everybody went above and beyond to put us in the Jeep we wanted and Matt was more than helpful with the financing and kept us well within the monthly payment we wanted. I don't think I would ever go to any other dealership. We highly recommend this dealership whether you are in the market for a new vehicle or even just browsing!

I was a little apprehensive about going to a dealership because the last time I went car shopping(somewhere else), I saw one price in the ad and then when I went to look at the car it was drastically more expensive than advertised. Lester Glenn was a completely different experience. The prices they advertise are the prices that you see when you walk in the door. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy a car. The whole process was just EASY. Thank you Anthony, Dave and Matt for making this the best car buying experience ever! By the way, I love my new JEEP.

The sales staff(Luke,Tony)was one of the best I've ever dealt with.No punches pulled,honest,and I feel,very fair.No nonsense,and I really appreciate that.Luke,being the the primary salesmen,and,Tony the support salesmen were two of the best I've seen.Very young,but very knowledgeable,and,they could'nt have been more helpfull,and,appreciative of our business.Dave,the sales manager.,and Darren the finance manager were very down to earth,and,professional.I've dealt with lester glenn auto group 3 times prior to this(mazda,hundai,and gmc).While all previous experiences had thier MINOR spead bumps,this was by far the best overall staff I've ever seen.

We all know how exciting it is to shop for a new vehicle. We also know it can be tremendously draining.
Fortunately, Lester Glenn Jeep in Toms River , gave me an unforgettably amazing experience.
Not only was the transaction handled , with honesty and courtesy,
it was most efficient. Anthony Rose , obtained the Jeep of my dreams in a day.
Dave came through with the deal. There was no stress , truly incredible.
Actually, after explaining how incredible the whole deal went to some coworkers,
I found she too , had the same positive encounters .
Just today , I recommended this dealership , and Anthony Rose , to a close friend.
Thank you so much , for making car buying a happy thing and not a headache.
Kudos to the entire staff - everyone I spoke to was wonderful !
I am especially looking forward to returning for my free oil changes....
