My Review of Lester Glenn Mazda:
I did not set out to purchase a car but after being advised that my old car needed
major repair work I decided it was time to purchase a new car, so off I headed to Lester Glenn. I ended up purchasing a used car (2011 Ford Fiesta) which I absolutely love. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the staff from the receptionist to the salesman,finance manager and manager were were friendly and very helpful. I would definately recommend Lester Glenn to anyone.

Dave was very knowledgable about each of the vehicles and was able to answer every question asked. I did not feel pressured and everyone was very friendly and willing to give any help needed. The prices offered were more than reasonable. It was a great overall experience and I would definitely recommend Lester Glenn to anyone.

My Review of Lester Glenn Mazda:
Purchasing a new car is normally a very big hassel but Lester Glenn made is as pleasant as they could possibly make it. Dave, Nick, Mike, and Daniel were all pleasureable to work with. In addition, Dave went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. He even took about 20 minutes of his time after the sale was made and I was getting in my car to leave to set up my blue tooth and show me how everything worked inside. Most car sales people don't want anything to do with you after you make the sale, but not Dave.

I found this dealership through DealerRater and it was very accurate. From the moment you step onto the lot you will feel comfortable. Dedicated to Mazda you have much to choose from. As i looked i was unapproached but attended to by a very nice gentleman (salesperson) Dave. Immediately i felt like ier was in good hands and not rushed,or sale pitched to. Me and my family entered the dealship and was well greeted by all and noticed how well kept,spacious and warm the place felt. A popcorn stand and family-room was a great touch not to mention a good distraction for my 9 year old. Ammenties throughout made it easy as we decided to stay awhile. Now the meat and potatoes: The saleman Dave was amazing he led me and my wife through the sales process effortlessly and attende to my every wish. He addressed all my concerns and worked a very excellent deal out , one that i could not walk away from. I say this because i personally know two dealers (family owners) through my close friends who were promising bottom line deals but i chose to compare the actual customer service and location closer to home to make a final decision. Lester Glenn Mazda's reputation as well as its undivided attention to me and my family swayed me and also afforded my a deal that compared to what i would have received through a friend. In conclusion i HIGHLY recommend this dealer ship and its excellent staff as well as management for a wonderful experience in a normally stressful process of a purchase of such magnitude.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS TOP NOTCH. EVERY ONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. DAVE WAS A GREAT SALESMAN. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE VEHICLE, BUT HE DIDN'T PRESSURE US IN ANY WAY. MIKE NACINOVICH CAME OVER TO GREET US AND THANKED US FOR OUR PURCHASE.DAN BENNETT, IN THE FINANCIAL OFFICE, COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED AND WE FELT COMFORTABLE WE WERE GETTING A GREAT DEAL.

WE HAD PURCHASED ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM LESTER GLENN IN 2010, SO WE KNEW WHERE TO GO

My Review of Lester Glenn Mazda:
PLEASE READ MY COMMENT CAREFULLY

I live in Bridgewater, NJ but my family in Toms River has dealt with Lester Glenn for years. As I wanted to deal w/ someone i could trust, I spent several hours on the phone working out numbers (which were very important to me) before I even drove down to get serious with these guys. THEY WERE GREAT. We talked back and forth and I told them my budgetary concerns. Then made every move possible and we got to great numbers (I mean awesome). I drove down and to my benefit, there was a change in inventory that allowed me to walk into a more modern model and they honored the previous year price that we talked about.

We started doing paper work and then came the bad news.....My insurance premium rose far more than I expected (i called and confirmed twice). It had nothing to do with the dealers at Mazda, and it was totally founded on a previous miscommunication with my insurance company from the night before. After long contemplation, I had to put down my pen at about 8pm at night and say "I've got to go back and just re-work my numbers (for several family concerns). You could imagine my horror as I presented this to everyone that work so kindly with me.

The moral of the story is THESE GUYS DIDN'T PRESSURE ME TO STAY AT ALL. We all gathered around as I had a small panic attack and talked over coffee and they basically indicated that they wouldn't feel right if i walked away with regret. Thats more important to any car buyer than non-life saving feature a car could provide. We talked, if my numbers are OK back at home, I'll be back in a few days, but I certainly thought it was worth mentioning that these guys deserve 5s all the way from a guy that has not yet even bought a car.

Amazing experience!!! This dealership is the place to go. Not only are the vehicles gorgeous and sleek and very inexpensive, the personnel are amazing. Super friendly and helpful in every way possible. From the time we walked in the store we felt like family. They did everything in their power to help us get the vehicle that we wanted in a timely manner and at the price we wanted. Dave, the salesman, was very friendly, understanding and helpful in getting an understanding of our needs and getting them met. Mike, the sales manager, understood where we were at and where we wanted to be and made it happen. Luke, the finance manager, was very understanding and got us in and out with the paperwork with no bs. We would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone who was looking for a new or used vehicle. In fact, we recommended a family member the night that we got home. When we were leaving, our salesman advised us that they had already set up an appointment for our first service for us and we would be getting an email a week before to remind us. How amazing is that? You get free oil changes for the life of your vehicle (every 7,500 miles) and courtesy cars if they need to keep your vehicle over night. They have a shuttle service if you need to drop off your vehicle and can't wait for it. What more could you ask for in a dealership? We will surely be back again in the future to buy our vehicles here.
