Dave Smith at Ciocca Honda

I searched online for a used vehicle for months before vistiing a few dealers. My last and very BEST visit of the day was at Ciocca Honda. I walked in the dealership and was greeted by the friendly face of Dave Smith (car salesman). I dealt with the Dave in the past and was very pleasantly surprised to see him at Ciocca and glad to know I would be working with him again. HE IS BY FAR THE BEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! Dave listened to what I wanted, took me to the used Buick Lacrosse I wanted to see, drove it and came back to make a deal. The car was exactly what I was looking for and Dave helped me get an excellent deal. Jude Maydwell was the awesome finance man that processed all my paperwork. The process was quick, informative and efficient. I purchased my car and was on my way home with it within an hour and a half. That included start to finish of the sale AND the service Dept cleaning the car before I left. Overall, my Ciocca Honda experience was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We found Dave and Jude to be friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. We came into the dealer to look at an Accord but ended up with a CRV.

This is our first experience with an SUV and are pleasantly surprised at its handling, ride, and quietness on the highway.

I totally dislike "pushy sales people" and we couldn't have gotten a more relaxed, personable salesman! Dave was truly "one of a kind" at accommodating our wishes and helping us with a car that was within our price range and needs. Thanks so much - would certainly do business again at Ciocca's.

We drove in from State College about 2 hours away to look at a pre-owned Accord at Ciocca Honda- my first time there. Dave Smith was our sales person and he was very professional and helpful! Dave worked with me and my wife and helped us to get the car we were looking for and he paid attention to the details - like the color of the floor mats and the look of the interior of the car. I felt like Mr. Smith knew Hondas and how to help the buyer get what they are looking for... we felt very comfortable with Dave and will buy our next new Honda from him and this dealership again. Megan Barto was our first contact with Ciocca and she is wonderful-- answering all our questions on-line-- when we met her she introduced us to Dave Smith- and he helped us find the exact car we were looking for -- and for below the amount we had budgeted for on this car! I have been buying cars for 40 years-- and it has been a long time since I have walked away feeling like I got a good deal-- this time with Dave I drove away feeling like I had gotten a great deal! The entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was never any pressure from anyone to make a purchase. The dealership extended a courtesy trade-in for us which we had originally thought would be very complicated. They made it a piece of cake!! Great service.

Very customer centric. Great prices. I knocked quality of work from excellent to good because there was an issue with the trim they out on, but they are taking care of that issue. You can tell thy really care about their customers and keeping your business. I travel from out of state fort the service and price.
