My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
Mr. David Banis has done masterful work in getting me into the car I am driving today. Not only was it my first car, it was a special edition Scion FR-S that the original buyer could not purchase and that David called me the moment the news came around. In addition to keeping in contact with me either through e-mail or through my cell phone, he did it in a way that made me feel comfortable. The other employees at other dealerships would do the same thing but David turned it into an art form that made me feel right at home.

I am confident in recommending David or anyone there at Toyota/Scion of Southern Maryland if you ever want to purchase a new or used vehicle there.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
I was not the most motivated new car buyer in the market. I had been driving a 2002 Rav4 that I bought brand new in approx. November of 2001. It was still driving nice and had 170,000 miles on it. I knew I wanted another one but I wasn’t necessarily in a hurry and David worked with me without being too assertive or aggressive. He’d call every once in awhile or send an e-mail. I shopped around the Southern Maryland area and finally decided to buy local and since I drive past the Southern Maryland Toyota dealership in Lexington Park every day it was a simple decision. Thanks David for being helpful with the details on all the new Rav4’s and the various options! As I said, I wasn’t all that motivated. I started this journey in late November of 2011 and I am now (purchased on 13 April 2012) the owner of another Rav4 (a 2012) Limited and looking forward to putting another 170,000 miles on the odometer.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
April 4, 2012

David Banis was my sales representative for the purchase of my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. David faithfully stayed with me throughout my thought process and put up with me during my time of indecision while I contemplated the abundance of options available which ultimately helped me make the decision for this purchase.

I have to admit, my number one concern for buying this truck was the factory tech support after the purchase. David provided me with all the assurance that my truck will be looked after with care. I was provided with proof with such policies as the "Dealership for Life" Program, "EnviroGuard" and the various factory supported extended warranty options.

When I drove away with my new Toyota, I was convinced that it wasn't just the end, but the begining of the after the sale relationship I'll have with Toyota of Southern Maryland in the future.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
I started searching for a car at the end of February. David Banis contacted me by phone, email, and by mail. I found his service to be excellent in every way. During the month I was making up my mind, he continued to keep in touch with me. He was very informative and helpful. He was very willing to see that any question I had was answered. The day I bought my Prius he was wonderful. I did not feel pressured by him at all. Even though there were other people waiting to buy the car we were looking at, he did not rush us to make our decision. I took the Prius into the dealership today to have some extras done. Today is David's day off, but he offerred to come to work to help me through my first dealings with service. I feel that is above and beyond. I am very pleased.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
I went to this dealership because of its good reputation and the good prices listed on the internet site. My salesman, David Banis, was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to provide extra service, such as programming my iphone into the car's bluetooth system. All the other staff members I met were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Mr Banis also went above and beyond after the sale by finding additional parts for my car. I am happy with my experience.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
When I walked into Toyota, I was just looking to see if I would be approved for any of the cars that were on the lot. I knew I did not have a whole lot of credit to go on, but I wanted to find out. David Banis introduced himself to me and I was impressed from the beginning. We went into his office and he started asking me questions to see what I needed to do to get myself into a great car. David was so sure that I would be approved for one of their cars and sure enough I was. His personality is amazing and he was an amazing help. I definitely recommend Toyota of Southern Maryland.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
I had bought a new car from another dealer and was not happy with it. David worked with us to finalize a deal so that I could trade in the new car and get a car that did not cause me back pain. I appreciated his willingness to work out a deal even though it was a very busy day and there were complicated financial issues involved. I ended up with the car I wanted which made me very happy and totally relieved my stress of having an uncomfortable vehicle.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
Dave was very helpful explaining the different cars that we were interested in. Not pushy like some sales people. His demeanor made the experience less stressful and off-putting. He's very professional. We negotiated a sweet deal and drove home the vehicle that we wanted at a very reasonable price. Dave and the staff were most kind and the sale process was a snap. Thanks Dave. We'll be back to purchase our next vehicle.

My Review of Toyota of Southern Maryland:
It was a long day. However, I'm still confident I got a good deal. This dealership offered a military discount, which isn't always offered. I would have liked to see where the discount was implemented more clearly, but I am taking the financial guy's word. I did receive a follow up phone call recently and that was appreciated.
