My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
My experience was very positive. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle and felt comfortable dealing with all of the above indicated employees of Steve Lewis Subaru. The environment is ( including the waiting area ) is relaxing and all of the employees are friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed my training session since I was taught how to stream music through my cell phone. I no longer need to pay for satellite radio.

My Review of Steve Lewis Subaru:
I was extremely happy with the people at Steve Lewis and the deal I got. I was in the market for a 2012 Forester - not yet having decided whether to trade my 2006 Forester or sell it outright. I shopped two dealers in the area and found that I received more for my car at Steve Lewis and I learned more about the car itself from them. In the end, I made the deal on the phone with the manager, Myron Callendar, and completed the process with Dave Hanks, who was incredibly helpful. I would comment too on the atmosphere in general...no pressure, looking to hear what you have to say...what you need. This was my sixth Subaru purchase, so I know they are great vehicles, but I have now changed dealerships as well. I would recommend Steve Lewis Subaru to anyone in Western MA.

Having made the tough decision to change dealerships ( poor customer service in both sales and service departments, I suddenly felt adrift without a lifeboat! After visiting The Car Store in Norwich VT and connecting with an attentive sales guy in Keene NH, I was still unsure. It was then my son shared that he and his wife had had a very positive experience with Steve Lewis Subaru in Hadley and "Oh by the way they have moved to a new location that might just work out great for you!" Once I had an opportunity to meet and speak with with David Hanks and Myron Callender, I immediately felt genuinely taken care of in all respects. I appreciated David's coaching, guidance, and patience as we worked together towards the purchase of my new car. He was always professional and demonstrated such willingness to make sure I understood everything! To balance out all of the seriousness, he had an easy manner and wonderful sense of humor. Once it was time to pick up my new car, Myron took me under his wing with a similar easy manner and good humor to take me through the paperwork potion of the purchase. Unbelievably easy, satisfying and yes, even fun! I highly recommend this dealership and only have one tip for newcomers: Should you get to the point of a test drive and the ice cream stand is open, offer to stop and treat. These guys really deserve it. Thank you Steve Lewis Subaru. I LOVE my new car!

I had had a bad experience at another local dealer in West Springfield MA, and was very surprised at how wonderful everyone I came into contact with at Steve Lewis was. I was not pressured. I was treated extremely well every time I was there. The first day I went I told everyone I was just there to test drive and I was not buying, they were still very helpful, sat me down just to see what I was looking for in a car and took me for a test drive. I ended up buying a Subaru Impreza Sport from them and love it. I would refer anyone I knew to this dealer.
