This is the second vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Stan this year. The first one was a new Accord for my husband. This purchase on May 16th, 2011 was for a used Accord for myself.
Stan worked hard to locate a vehicle in Metro Honda's inventory that meet the specifications that I was looking for and needed in used vehicle. I finally found an Accord EX-L V6 that was just what I wanted! He was quick in taking care of the paperwork. While he was doing so, we had the opportunity to enjoy the customer lounge, watching television, playing video games or grabbing a cup of coffee.
When it came time to take care of the financins, David Helms was great and had everything lined up.
I have recommended this dealership to several people and have referred them to deal with Stan as he is very pleasant to deal with.

The whole purchasing process took longer than I expected. We got to the dealership at 10:15 and didn't leave until 3:00. We knew the car we wanted by 11:00 and spent much of the day sitting around the dealership. The dealership did have a hotdog/hamburger vendor with free lunch for us, and there was a nice big screen TV showing movies.

My salesman, James, was honest, friendly, and extremely helpful in selecting my new vehicle. He allowed me to take my time in selecting the vehicle I wanted and was very patient during the decision process. The financial officer, David, helped seal the deal by finding a price that would fit my budget and explaining all of the details of the purchase, such as warranty, gap, and papers being signed.

Once the deal was completed, my new vehicle was washed and filled with a full tank of gas. James took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and any questions I had.

When I purchase a new vehicle a few years down the line, I will definitely consider Metro Honda as the first dealership to go to. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new Honda in the Charlotte/Monroe area to do the same.
