My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
Being someone who has had his own retail operations,I have very high standards for others when it comes to customer service.
I never felt unseen or unimportant whenever I went into Heritage ...no one passed by without a smile and questioning if they could help.
David was not only available for questions but also extremely knowledgable and friendly. His knowledge about all the Toyota vehicles went far beyond "hand out literature/brochure information.
Ryan was attentive to my "pricing questions" and I felt truly did the best for Heritage as well as myself.
Mary Wheelock was through...explained additional options and costs to us and made us feel comfortable
In short...our expierience throughout the whole process left us feeling good about the people we dealt with as well as the car we had chosen .
You have a great dealership because you have great people...keep it up

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
The price offered by this dealer is $500 above the price I got from another dealer 200 miles away. Nevertheless I chose to buy from them because of the convenience of a local dealer.

I have worked with Mr. Dave Juenker during the process. He has been very nice and patient with me through out. We kept close contact during and after the buying process and he is still assisting me with technical questions now.

I think they can improve on how they sell warranties. I have been asked whether to buy the warranty at the last minute of my purchase. And I said no just to be safe, because I don't have enough information on alternative options. If they had informed me earlier and gave me time to think about it I might have decided to buy it.

I had a wonderful time working with Dave to purchase my new car. He was extremely friendly from the get-go, and was able to extract what I wanted in a car and translate that to a good fit. Dave demonstrated excellent salesmanship skills, and helped negotiate a fair price for the vehicle. I would thoroughly recommend Dave to a friend if given the chance.

My husband Joel and I visited Heritage Toyota on Saturday, March 19th to look at the 2011 Toyota Rav 4 Sport Model, in the color Grey. We knew exactly what we wanted because we are educated consumers and always do extensive research on the products we purchase, especially a purchase of significance important. As we only purchase a new vehicle every 10 years. My past 2 vehicles have been new Toyotas purchased at your dealership, the 2011 Rav 4 being my third new vehicle. We believe that Toyota's are the best vehicle on the market for it's value. Have a professonal and knowledgeable Sales Consultant is very crucial to us, as we are very busy people and our spare time is limited. It was not our intention to place a deposit on a new Rav 4 this past Saturday, but after I saw the vehicle on your lot and took a test drive, I knew I had to have it. Dave was very hands off and did not pressure us in the least, he answered every question we asked and went above and beyond to get us the best price imaginable for our new vehicle. Two days later we were back at your dealership picking up the new Rav 4, that was the fasted vehicle purchase we have made, it was uneventful and very smooth. Joel and I will continue to recommend Heritage Toyota to our family and friends who have the upmost respect for our purchasing decisions. We highly recommend that Dave Juenker be promoted in any way you feel he deserves as he was juggling several clients at a time and never showed any signs of stress. From the moment we entered Heritage Toyota in South Burlington, Vermont we were put at ease. This was my first new car purchase,and I was anticipating a hard sell and having to be wary of the stereotypical car salesman. Our experience was just the opposite with Dave Juenker, our salesman. He was so helpful and patient and put us at ease immediately. He was well informed and gave clear answers to whatever questions we had. When we decided on purchasing our Toyota Rav4, we found even the purchasing process was pleasant. Mary, in the accounting office was also helpful and patient. We had done our homework and knew what a fair price would be. We felt the price we paid was very reasonable. I would recommend this dealership without reservations.

My Review of Heritage Toyota Scion:
Dave and the team were amazing. After the mess on the Camry we purchased in May of this year, Dave listened and immediately took action on what needed to be done. He had a vechile lined up for us that would work within our budget and expectations...the same day! Dave's attention to deal and follow through is superb. I am sure I drove him nuts with all of my 'what if', 'how does', type questions. He was also there and if he didn't have the answer, he got it.

Jason from finance helped ensure that the money aspect was right on par with the Camry trade-in and was able to talk to me on options and concerns.

The Autoshine folks made a good looking 03 Highlander turn into an AMAZING looking Highlander that nobody can believe is an 03!

Lastly, Brandie in service, was prompt and extremely helpful. For what started as a service appt turned into something nobody was expecting...she steered me in the right direction.

This is our 3 car from Heritage in 15yrs and we look forward to doing business with Dave and the team in the future. For as busy as they were on Saturday and Tuesday, everyone was walking around with a smile and was asking if we needed anything. Overall, a very pleasant dealership.
We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

Hello folks! I purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius Hybrid from Dave Juenker. It was for my wife, for our 10th wedding anniversary!! Dave was extremely helpful and very informed as to the Toyota name and product. After visiting a more local dealership, we came to Heritage and were welcomed like we were family. We like that!! We will be spreading the word that Heritage Toyota should be the first and last dealership you visit!!!
