My Review of Ed Voyles Honda:
We needed a new car for our son as he was heading off to college out of state. we decided on a Honda and went to Ed Voyles Honda where we met David Kozarich. He showed our son a Civic and let him take over the test drive (another dealer we went to told us he could not drive the car because he was not 21} We were very impressed with David and how much time he took to answer all our questions. We feel we got a great deal on our sons new car and will be back to see David later this year for a new CRV for ourselves.

I had a very good experience buying my new car at Ed Voyles. I bought a used car from them previously and always had good experiences with service department and customer service. I worked with two salesmen - Marty Hammerman and David Kozarich - who were both great to work with. I am very happy with my car and my experience with the dealership.

My Review of Ed Voyles Honda:
My rating is based on having bought two vehicles from the dealership (an Odyssey in May 2009, and an Accord on July 29, 2010), on service work done on my new 2009 Odyssey, and service work done when I have brought my son's Accord or Odyssey in for service over the past few years. This go around, Linda Strickland was very helpful to me in the showroom as I made my decision as to which Honda to buy, and David Kozarich (who also sold me my 2009 Odyssey) was again very professional as we came to an agreement via the Internet bidding process and completed all paperwork. At age 67, I have dealt with my share of dealerships over the years (including this one years ago when I had my first Accord serviced there), but none has ever surpassed this one in the areas of sales or service.

My Review of Ed Voyles Honda:
I ended up doing an internet deal without realizing it was an internet deal! I put in a request for a quote and Mike emailed me back. He was not pushy at all. I asked questions--he answered them without trying to force me to come into the dealership or calling me to get the answer to my question. We did back and forths a bit while I was doing my own research and gathering information. He was very helpful and extremely responsive--but without being pushy or invasive. This was the first car that I have ever bought and I was really nervous about the process. But Mike made it much less overwhelming that I was expecting and best of all, I was comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend working with the dealership and Mike. Thanks Mike!
